I went to the location at the St. Matthew's Mall Louisville, ky. The manager Kristy was very rude and didn't even acknowledge I was there. Kristy waited on a customer, as soon as she finished woth her customer she turned her back to me and started filling the shelves with cookies, never said hello, ill be right with you or anything. I asked her why she never acknowledged me, she stated she was trying to fill the cookie shelves. Needless to say I just left the store and did not buy anything. I will never go back to this location again.
Used to love this place! Unfortunately cookies are lacking in taste. Most honestly taste the same.
Their strawberry crinkle cookies are amazing, but they are overpriced.Never had a problem with customer service.

Picked up my cookie cake today and it was great! We had a kind of complicated order, but it was handled professionally and with great service. The girl at the counter…Kelsey…was especially friendly. I highly recommend this location for all your cookie needs!

Please don't waste your time ordering anything from this location. The shift supervisor was very unprofessional. The cake look like a 5 yrs old child wrote the message on it.
One of the rudest customer service experiences I have ever had. The midde aged balding man behind the counter clearly hates his job and that's sad.

The cookies are a bit too sweet but still good along with the ICEE’s they have which are good. Almost EVERY time I go, there is an older white male working there who is rude and impatient and acts as if we are bothering him.
