Always love GAC! They have a good deal with buy 5 cookies, get the 6th one free. I love love love their Snickerdoodles! That's a must have. Plus -- cookie cake. Nothing more to say about that, it's honestly worth going just for those alone. Always smells fresh whenever I walk by it at the mall.

I went to the location at the St. Matthew's Mall Louisville, ky. The manager Kristy was very rude and didn't even acknowledge I was there. Kristy waited on a customer, as soon as she finished woth her customer she turned her back to me and started filling the shelves with cookies, never said hello, ill be right with you or anything. I asked her why she never acknowledged me, she stated she was trying to fill the cookie shelves. Needless to say I just left the store and did not buy anything. I will never go back to this location again.

Picked up my cookie cake today and it was great! We had a kind of complicated order, but it was handled professionally and with great service. The girl at the counter…Kelsey…was especially friendly. I highly recommend this location for all your cookie needs!

Great American cookie is a cookie franchise that I've seen in many malls across various cities and states and present in every single mall in my hometown of Lousiville. Which happens to be where this particular location is at Lousiville's mall Saint Mathews. The cookies at great American are medium sized and pack a mildly hefty price tag. They do have a nice variety of options and flavors and majority are pretty good. I personally would rather use the establishment for full cookie cakes for birthday parties and things as I think that's a better bang for your buck value. However my daughters will talk me into getting some Individual cookies here and there. Overall pretty standard cookie place. I wish the pricing was a bit better and some of there specials seem confusing especially when it comes to mixing speciality cookies with non specialty cookies. But it is what it. It's still a pretty's solid tasting cookie.

Please don't waste your time ordering anything from this location. The shift supervisor was very unprofessional. The cake look like a 5 yrs old child wrote the message on it.

One of the rudest customer service experiences I have ever had. The midde aged balding man behind the counter clearly hates his job and that's sad.
I don't know who hurt homegirl who was working 8/16/21 at 5:00pm but she was RUDE. All I did was ask for a cookie cake and when they didn't have one I said "aw that sucks" and she hits me with "well you could get a job and come back here and help me make one but I don't have one so sorry that's all I got for you" like ok girly goodbye won't buy anything at all anymore

Really good cookie place that sells a variety of cookies. We took our daughters here to get a treat tonight and they both really enjoyed. My youngest loved her m and m cookie and they want to return

The cookies are a bit too sweet but still good along with the ICEE’s they have which are good. Almost EVERY time I go, there is an older white male working there who is rude and impatient and acts as if we are bothering him.
