Food is good. Service speed was good. But Wow, the young woman behind the counter does not need to work here if she’s this bored and uninterested in ringing people up. Just disappointed in their training.

Kelsey at Great American Cookie in Oxmoor was AMAZING! The kindest worker I’ve ever met. When I went to pick up the cookie cake my mom “ordered” for my brothers birthday we discovered my mom somehow messed up and the order never went through. Even though it was close to closing time Kelsey went above and beyond and made a cookie cake for me so I didn’t show up to the birthday party empty handed. The world needs more Kelseys! Also, the cake turned out so cute her artistry is top tier!

I ordered a cookie cake for my son’s birthday. I love the ease of ordering and making my selections online through their website. Easy, fast and efficient. No issues picking it up early and the piping and was excellent and of course they always taste good!

Cooks are good but the man behind the counter has no customer service skills. I asked him a few questions and I felt like I was talking to a brick wall with no character! Asked what cookie he would recommend and nothing! The cookies are good but I think I'll visit somewhere a little more welcoming.

Visited today to get some cookies the worker there seemed overwhelmed definitely should have more then 1 worker in there she was getting so many people at once and trying to make cookies at the same time

I came in to the store yesterday on January 30th and I got some cookies and they were old and stale I asked if they where fresh from today and the girl toll me they were 4 days old, i also asked her about the the cookies they had with glitter on them if they where a new one and she said no that she just puts eatible glitter on the cookies, I'm concerned about this because I do t know what to think and what all they putting on the cookies specially becausr before I order I over hear that she was telling a costumer that she sells drugs on the side.

Former employee when will w2 be ready? And will they be available online?

Today we visited a very busy Great American Cookie at Oxmour Mall. Kelsey was the employee that helped us and she was amazing. With the super long line of waiting and often impatient customers, she was respectful and kind and courteous. What a great representation of genuine customer service today!!

Ordered online. Cookie cake was ready before pickup time. Staff was friendly and the cake was adorable.

I've been here 2 times. Macey was very friendly and gave me yummy cookies! I will be back because they were just the best cookies ever! All of their cakes we're lovely and hand drawn!

Macy wouldn’t sell me any cookies because she was working the closing shift and “still had a lot of stuff to do in the back” even though my mom went 15 minutes before 8 pm and then I went back 10 minutes before they closed. Wouldn’t tell me what time they closed, she just kept saying “the mall closes at 8, we are already closed”. They’re hours during the week say they close at 8pm. When I told her, “your hours online say you close at 8” she let me know “I’m not unwrapping the cookies for you”. Was already having a rough day and just wanted a cookie, thanks macy!

I have an order scheduled to be picked up today that I've already paid for but it now appears you are closed today? I've called but no answer. Can someone please advise on how I will get my order today?
