Been occasionally buying cookies at the J-Mall location for 20+ years. Great Peanut Butter Cookie. Chocolate Chip, Maple and Chocolate very good. Best if you can catch them warm. Staff generallyO.k Not overly friendly. Dont recall any issues. Selection seems down when I visited recently. Maybe because business is down in Jmall. A bit pricey. But, bottom line...the cookies are very good.

Cookies are always great but there is not always someone manning the store. I wouldn't be mad if they would put up a sign saying they will be back and when. When I worked at the mall we got in trouble every time the store didn't have any employees in it during the hours that the mall is open.

Great place to pick up a celebratory cookie! I did place my order online a few days in advance (for I wasn't sure of the policy), but they can make one in like a 15 turn around time, which is great to know in the future. The online order process was seamless. The staff were friendly. She ensured it looked good for my liking (which it turned out perfect) and tasted even better! Swift, easy, and delicious-- will absolutely be using again in the future.

Staff is extremely rude ! My box that I had pre order was ready in the corner and she still demanded I got in the line .. it had already been paid for and everything ! It would’ve only taken her 1 second to hand it to me but she made a big scene about it… not returning again, why would I order ahead of time and even prepay if I still have to get in line ? The purpose of going through all that is to get them on time for whatever activity you need them for !!! I was late to where I needed to be and she wasn’t even nice when I finally got them … she said she was “busy” but she wasn’t the only one there and she still manage to have the time to be loud and yelled in front of everyone! So disappointed… it was my first time there too !
staff is nice and incredibly fast, cookies are AMAZING. you can even get cookie cake by the slice!! great prices too.

Went in to order a cookie cake, rude staff! If the girl would of taken a minute to remove her headphones she may of understand what I was asking. I believe I’ll go elsewhere.

Great cookies but no longer let you get a small cup of water if I just want a couple sips with my cookie ...must buy bottle water .....not impressed

Wanted to surprise my family with a sweet treat rarely come to the mall, waited 15 mins, no1 around, came back, mall closed in hour, didn't want make any more cookies, was looking to buy 10 double doozies don't know what the minimum was to make more!

Workers are very rude. Scheduled to pick up a birthday cake at 2:15, arrived a few minutes early, was told there were 2 cakes in front of me, simply asked when it would be done, to me when you say you have 2 cakes in front on me, I assumed it would be a while. Worker very rudely responded that they had until 2:15 I arrived back at 2:20, cake was still not done. Not really concerned with the cake not being ready on time, just how rude the worker was.
