The restaurant was very plain and was lacking of ambiance. I know the theme was great flood but you wouldn't really know what they were trying to imply from sitting in the dining area, other than two smallish pictures on the wall. The utensils came out either dirty or not dried properly, covered in some sort of soap film, or dirty.We ordered the macaroni bites, fish tacos, and bbq bacon burger. The Macroni bites looked really nice when they came out and were on the large side(which was great) and came with marinara sauce in a bowl. They tasted almost like nothing. We ended up drowning them with salt and pepper and submerging them in the marinara.The fish tacos,which were cod, had no taste and were buried under purple cabbage and thousand island dressing.The BBQ bacon burger was cooked the way it had been ordered, but again no flavor, no spice, just plain Jane burger, nothing special.Overall our server Andre was really nice, but seemed stretched too far, due to the infrequency of which we saw him. The times that we did see him he made sure to take care of our needsUpdate two years laterAwesome improvements! Live music, things taste seasoned and came out piping hot. Much better experience. I have had 2 unfortunate experiences with the food here, My first order of fish tacos and sweet potato fries was ruined by so much cabbage and sauce that I couldn't taste the fish. The fries were overcooked. My second order of sub and fries featured a burned, dried out sub with overcooked fries. The sub was inedible.

We shared a house burger and fries. I asked for the burger to be cooked medium and it was! That rarely happens anywhere. Food was very good. Surprised they weren’t more busy on Friday night but enjoyed the relatively quiet atmosphere as a result.

The server ADDED an extra $2 to her tip on my bill and added an extra $1 to another person's bill at our table. Went for the first time this week - it was trivia night and they were very busy. Instead of the manager telling us they didn't have staff to serve and give us a good experience we were sat on the deck with another table. Our server forgot drinks and left 2 in our party with no beverages for at least 15 minutes. Our food took 45 minutes to come out and burgers were overcooked, quesadilla was flavorless. Clearly, better options for food and service in the city - I'd stay way.Edited to add: Another missed opportunity: Bad Food, Bad Service, Long wait times. And it took 3 days for someone to reach out to me about our experience after leaving voicemails and calling. Spoke with Zach, a partner in the business who informed me they would retain the employee who STOLE from me and my friend. He justified her actions by saying she ONLY added a dollar and two dollars! He 'graciously' refunded just the tips my friend and I left for the thief, who is still working there. I am shocked a business owner thinks so little of their customers and the experiences they have.

Wow. It really breaks my heart to give this review because I had such high hopes… My husband and I came in for food and drinks, stood at the podium for 3/4 mins no one greeted us. Finally someone comes up and asks us how many. We chose to sit at the bar. There were three bartenders. They weren’t very busy. We sat for another 8 minutes. By this time every bartender has made eye contact with us at least twice. None of them ever said a word. They just kept walking back and forth. Finally a nice guy walked up and asked us had we been helped or greeted. He seemed to have been the manager. We replied no. He then introduced all three bartenders to us who were all making eye contact again as they continued to walk lol. None of them ever said a word! We sat a little longer and still nothing. We felt so unwelcomed almost as if they didn’t want to serve us. I haven’t felt “black” in a very long time. I was so casually reminded of my skin color tonight. Beautiful evening.
