Green District Salads - Highlands

McKayla was great! Hopefully I spelled her name correctly, but I typically eat every other week & I’ve never signed up for the app because I didn’t know it existed. She was able to help save 5 dollars for my first sign up, greet customer service! I’m a manager at the Valvoline next door & I truly felt appreciated & welcomed just by her greeting & helping. Green district is a great salad bar if you’re looking for somewhere to eat! Housemade ranches & etc.

I’m genuinely so disappointed because I used to love this place but when I went in today I got a salad and as I was eating it I noticed a tiny piece of hair. As I looked through the salad I found many more and I had already eaten some.. i don’t know if this was intentional or accidental because there were so many but either way it’s not okay. These are four that i picked out but there were many more.. I was really hoping it was something else and not hair but as I looked closer one literally had a split end. I never ever ever write reviews especially bad ones but this is unacceptable

Food is delicious atmosphere is kind of bland .when you come in a greeting would be nice and goodbye or have a nice day will be nice especially if you go to speak to them and nobody responds back to you that is kind of disappointing

Green District on Bardstown Road is amazing! Great food option for healthy eating and very friendly, efficient staff. We definitely will be returning!

We chose this place because of the healthier options for a diverse large group. All the staff, specially the GM Jonathan, were absolutely amazing. He accommodated our 30 person order and worked with us to label each item. We ordered here twice and everything was perfect each time. From the cleanliness to the quality, I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had the most horrible experience here, the white server Annabelle spoke to me horribly. I wanted a refund because the salad place wasn’t the original place I expected it to be. I ordered but before they begin making my food I changed my mind and ask for a refund. Annabelle was rude and ask me could I not afford the food. This was very offensive and degrading. My interaction gave me the impression we are not welcome at this location. I explained my mistake in coming here and said I had thought it was another salad bar. That wasn’t good enough for her and she started in on me. After working on corporate all day and the stresses of the office, no one wants to come to a restaurant and be treated in a demeaning manner. I never got my refund because the manager had a code he doesn’t entrust to the employees for instances sick such as these. I’m not sure if they are stealing or just untrustworthy but how I was spoke to told me they are use to speaking to a certain demographic of people in this manner. Salmon was just sitting on the counter not in a cool area but they had time to surround me wanted my money back. One worker was nice that was present but Annabelle has a sense of superiority to the patrons and the residents of the Highlands.

i got the salad wrap, everything about it tasted old including the wrap and the toppings. i felt sick after eating it. the person who served me was nice enough but the wrapping skills were subpar and i had to rewrap it and cut it myself when i got home. the dressings were also very unimpressive- too watery and thin and lacked flavor (i got two different kinds). i'm sure on different days or times it might be better but personally it doesn't seem all that worth it to come back

Weekly go to for lunch in the Highlands. Perfectly consistent, amazingly friendly, super fast service, cannot say enough good things about this location and staff.
