The food was a little above average. It took worker 5 minutes to remove tinfoil then cut our orders serving size. We carried to table and got our own drinks. Then afterwards cleaned out table off. Then looked at bill and discovered there was a 20% tip already added to bill. Shame on us for not k owing earlier. Only customers in facility.

We've eaten bbq all over the southeast and have had some really good experiences. We decided to give this place a try, maybe our expectations were too high. The biggest mistake was not getting the greens for a side.

As a big fan of Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives, I look for places that have been featured. Naturally I thought with Guy's name on the sign I was about to I partake of some great BBQ. Wrong! The brisket smelled great, but was so dry it had to be sawed not cut. Sides were only OK at best. Other than very good service and a great atmosphere the beans were actually the best part of the meal. Maybe a small thing, but they didn't even have lids for drink cups. Very disappointing that Flavortown was out of town.

We had a very pricey meal here and it wasn’t very good to say the least. I’m a huge Guy fan and was expecting amazing food and this was disappointing to say the least. $105 with tip and the food was sub par!

Ok at best. The food is good but there is not a lot of it. Their 1/4 rack of rubes a joke. It’s three bones. To feed my family it was $103. Also the lady behind the bar hit 20% button for me while paying. Bare in mind their are no servers and evert is self serve

(Part of Fourth Street Live) Cute spot with cool, shaded outdoor seating. It's got a good vibe, but my ribs were taken out of a warmer, and still fairly cold; the sauce was fine, but resembled little more than ketchup; and the Mac and cheese was likewise cold and soupy. But they had great sweet tea, and very cool and nice staff. I did go at like 3pm, so that could have affected things
Excellent attraction in Louisville. You can smell the brisket from 2 miles away. I love Louisville!!!!

I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was so delicious!! Everything looked and smelled so good, it was hard to decide what to get. It would be great if they had a sampler platter for one person so you could try everything. Joe was our bartender and his customer service and personality was phenomenal!

I come to louisville every other month for business. Very disappointed, brought my group in amd was looking for miss Jenn only sadly to be informed they let that gem get away. For 2 years we have brought our groups for her amazing personality and just the knowledge and love she had for the business. Seemed very disorganized, when we went and atmosphere very dry. Jen, if you see this let us know where u went !! We wont be returning to downtown, need that excitement! Truly drop ball loosing her and you can tell.
