Food truck/tent. I came across this business at an event I attended. They were set up by the food trucks for food purchases. They had a tent and a grill/smoker that they were cooking the food on. Menu's were on the table and a nice variety for a small setup. The owners working the booth were very friendly and told us a little bit about the food. Came across this "food truck" at an event for Evan Williams 10th Anniversary in Louisville KY. While the set up wasn't a "truck", their food was amazing! The rice and beans had an awesome flavor and a little kick of spice. The sausage was flavorful and had a glaze or something that had great flavor! Their menu had other Haitian - jerk flavors. The couple running this were friendly and offered great service! What a great value for this great taste experience!
