As far as Hardee's go, this is one of the better ones. It's pretty busy and is an older building. The staff has always been friendly to me. Their prices are a little high, but if you use the app or coupons, you can find some good deals.

This place is what a neighborhood fast food restaurant should be. They are nice even customers say hello each other. And the biggest feature i wanted to flex is the handicapible staff they have running the show. Absolutely heart felt knowing they were giving a chance and have purpose. Great staff, great food, great customers.

Doors closed by 6pm, "systems down" always at oh so convient hours, staff is nice enough. No wonder it's never busy except in the morning. What a joke of an establishment and chain. Louisville is the absolute worst when it comes to fast food. Bottom of the barrel staff and everything.

Placed a $22 order went home and the order was wrong took it back got second order didn't think to check it because I knew they would get it right this time went home order still missing items took it back again wanted my money back give me my money back I asked for the manager and of hell brakes loose said they were not going to tell me who the manager was and to get out of the store or they would call the police these people were the nastiest customer service I have seen it's there lost took that same $22 and went to Kroger eat for a week.thanks Hardee's

You mean the water pipes aren't busted anymore.I remember purchasing an online order not to long ago and having to be refunded because when I showed up.There was a sign on the front glass that read water main brake closed indefinitely.

Dietary restrictions: You don't have to worry about dietary restrictions here because they don't give you enough food to get restricted ordered the big hot ham and cheese and I swear to God I got a little one asked him about it they said that was weighed for the correct level which I do not believe then they give you a small fry and try to say it's the large I will never come back to this whenever again because I've been to him all over the country and this is the worst one

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. They made me wait in line twice because the person who served me couldn't take the order at once and when the orders arrived they were incomplete. We had to go back to ask for the things that weren't missing. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Corey was working by himself at 4 o’clock on a Saturday. He was very kind and explaining that. So I didn’t mind the way, but there was quite a long line but the food was correct and he busted his ass so go Corey.
