First of all a "thank you!" to Malones for honoring us veterans with a generous credit toward our dinner. Very much appreciated. They also honored our son on his birthday with a dessert. Our waiter(s) were attentive and the ambiance was seasonal and calming. The food delicious! We will be back for sure!

Malones needs to be commended for their giving back to the community on Veterans Day. That was the best offer of anything I have seen providing lunch for Veterans. Our waiter TJ was phenomenal.  the food was great.!

Great experience and great food. Pretty noisy and portions smaller than expected. Server helped make up for this in great service.

Great experience for a group of 12. To speed things along we called ahead and ordered apps for the group. Try and get seated with Cassie, she's a great server.

Great service. The lexingtonian salad is so good and just adds a nice touch that it's included. The bread is good. Decent wine list. I didn't love my steak or my mashed potatoes. Free dessert for my husbands birthday!

Always a favorite, Malones continues to hit the mark. It's a great blend of good food, nice environment, fantastic staff-- servers, wine stewards, managers and pricing is fair. Malones is always our go to spot for celebrations, date night or just we dont want to cook nite

Was called an actual liar by Manager ! We had 6 confirmed host said we had 4. Had to pull open table that said 6 and mgr said “so are you calling our host a liar?” Yes we checked in 6. Reservation specifically asked for particular location and server. Location IGNORED and server ignored. Server did NOT take severe food allergy seriously!! The guest with food allergy is a DR and prof and was appalled by all!! Mgr said this is not the time to make a teachable moment. We had to sit 6 people in a booth designed for 4 people. The restaurant should never have 6 to a booth too crowded. Prepare to be gaslighted and ignored. Check in host is rude , unprofessional, and needs customer service training!! Wish was not so close and I didn't have to go back. !!

We've dined many times at Malone's each time was very good. Not so for us last Saturday. It was the food! My husband's chicken was tough , the sauce was watery and it possibly sat under the warming lights too long. The lexitonian salad was swimming in dressing plus no croutons. The broccoli side was very garlicky, which I did not eat. Not sure what happened but it was disappointing Our server was excellent

Always a good time and consistently good. Great service and great value for an upscale steakhouse.

Our server was incredible. I don't 5 minutes passed without him stopping by. We had the spinach dip and grilled salmon. Food was incredible and portions were large. We took a lot of food home. Malone's is consistently great across locations.

Jacob was great. Made our experience memorable and enjoyable. Not to mention the great food and service. Really enjoyed ourselves as we always do. Malones is probably our favorite place in Louisville. Nice job team.

The service was waaaaaaaay toooooooo slow. We arrived before 1:00 & didn't leave until 2:44. When I picked up my leftover mushrooms, which the waitress had put in a container, they spilled all over my napkin, which was on the table. The waitress said nothing. She did take them, added to them, and put them in a better container for me to bring home. I used a gift card to pay & the waitress said that I still owed $5.33 which wasn't correct. When I got home, I called to see what was left on my card and I still had $10.23 left. Not good.
