Quick overnight visit to Louisville. Walking down the street we heard the music and from the outside was very inviting so we went in. Ordered drinks. Took some time to get 4 drinks. Even had a couple servers come to our table and apologize for the long wait. No big deal. I ordered the "best mojito in the city". I know those take some time to make, but wouldn't say it was the best! We ordered the chips and guacamole. That was pretty good, had a ranch flavor which was different. We also ordered the Papas Rellenas and that's where it all went down hill from there!! We cut into the first one and it was completely frozen solid! All three of the balls were cold as ice! Again, we were like it happens they just weren't in the deep fryer long enough. They never offered to bring out new ones!! We ordered our meals. We were a party of 4, 2 couples. Both wives ordered a chicken plate and both husbands ordered ribs. EVERYTHING CAME OUT COLD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even fried sweet potatoes (sweet potato fries) were COLD!!! At that point we were done! We had enough!!! Looking now at their website that menu does not match what they had last Friday. After getting our cold dinner we went straight to the front where the bar was. Found the guy who appeared to be in charge. We told him the situation and he accused us of letting our food sit to get cold. SUPER STRANGE!!!!!! Why would we just sit and stare at our food and let it get cold!?!? We were hungry, we were about to go a concert, WHY!!?? We were more than happy to pay for our drinks and just be done. We ended up getting 2 rounds of drinks. It all happened so fast but before we could say listen we're not paying for this food, but obviously the beverages was a no brainer. The situation became very intense and was getting heated! We felt very very uncomfortable! STRANGEST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! Quite terrifying actually! Cool vibes with the music and the theme, but I would steer clear of this place unless you like cold food that should be hot and like being yelled at!

I have already been twice and I have had tremendous bad luck to start. The schedule that appears on the website is a lie, it said open and the place closed, another day I calledThey said they would be open with all the services, I go and they lie, they didn't even have enough to make a cocktail and the cashier didn't work, you had to pay cash or Zelle, my God, the place is beautiful and in a perfect location, give it more attention and be realistic

We made a reservation for dinner on Saturday, 2/17 which was confirmed by the restaurant. When we arrived, the restaurant appeared to be closed, causing our large party to scramble for a different dinner option downtown on a Saturday night.

The drinks were overpriced and not good. They were out of red snapper & empanadas on a Friday evening. We settled for barbcue chicken wings. The wings were small and bland. Well overpriced as well.

A rip off!! They automatically charged us gratuity on our check of 2 people, which was $17. Noticed the mojito was $21!!!! That's not what the menu said. Our bill was $112 and we had 1 appetizer and 5 drinks. I questioned the check and looked at it, told the bartender it wasn't right. I ended up paying it and immediately left. Will never return or recommend. I heard other people were also complaining about their check as well.
