All of the extended Havana Rumba restaurants are amazing. The food is always delicious and the staff is always friendly.

I was there last night and we had too many pushers for one night. First I ordered some stuffed tostones and I asked for the pico de gallo on the side and they put it on top of my tostones but when I tried it it was good and there were no problems but the waitress told them that it was on the side, so there were no problems, then I asked for some new cutlery and my husband had to stop to look for them, later they told us that the congris had already run out, which resulted in me canceling my order. In the end I ordered a takeout order and when I got home to eat the churrasco it seemed like it was boiled, it didn't taste like anything, besides the small amount they served, my husband ordered yuca and today we see ripe plantains in the order, the food of very poor quality and let it be known that we left a tip. The only thing I would return for was the service and attention of the waitress

Really good , fairly priced . Little slower than hoped but not too bad . Seemed short staffed but was able to order and eat in an hour and a half over lunch time . Gluten free . Had salad and beef pinchos with chimichuri sauce. They come with rice , beans and yellow plantains but accommodated my request for lower carb options. So good .

What a great place we stumbled upon (out of towners). The food and atmosphere were top-notch. Our wait staff was a delight to talk to (nice joke about the Cuban Libre cocktail). While the kitchen looked to be getting slammed, they were quickly and continuously bringing out food (very little wait). Even had a chef come out and ask how we were doing and liking the food.

The skirt steak and pan roasted plantains were the highlight of our meal, but everything else was still really good.

Today, Sunday, September 29, we were in this beautiful and pleasant restaurant.
Exquisite food, wonderful service.
I want to highlight something that happened to us and we didn't feel good.
The restaurant has a bar.
I think that in this bar customers can order a drink if they wish.
It happened that I went to the bar to order a Margarita, and they told me with a very annoying attitude that I had to order the drink at the table.
my question is
Because?
Because it must be like that.
Or is it that in this case they do it so that what is consumed at the table is greater, and thus charge more as a tip.
That I take advantage and also make reference to said tip that is included based on the total you have consumed.
If the customer cannot order drinks directly at the bar, it must be indicated somewhere in the restaurant, or else they should put the bar in a place where customers do not have access to it.

I didn't like that I went to the bar to order some mojitos and a beer and I felt that I bothered him, it seems that because directly at the bar the expense came out of my account, I think the service is good, but if they are not satisfied with the price that they sell, well nothing increases the price and if I agree I still pay, the mojito instead of $10 to $12

Everything was very good and cozy and for me the best thing is that they removed the photo that I couldn't bear to look at, the one of the minint guards.
