This Tiny Heine is a convenient drive thru located just south of I 265 at exit 17, Bardstown Rd. Great service & coffee the way you like it. Many caffeinated and decaffeinated choices as well as quick bites.

I ordered a hibiscus tea, and they said they had to brew it. I waited a few minutes, which is fine, not an issue.The issues is that I was given the weakest hibiscus tea I have ever seen. Whenever I get this, it is red, strongly red. This was water with the suggestion of a hint of a drop of red.Not the standard drink, nor was is brewed properly.

Out of all the Heine locations, this one messes up my order almost frequently. Today I order a citrus green tea with honey and there was almost no honey in the drink. I then ordered a vegan wrap, and as I was driving away, I checked the wrap and it was ice cold plus they did not give me the sauce.In the past I’ve received expired sauce for the vegan wrap, not warmed food, wrong drinks, and even a meat wrap one time instead of the vegan that I could not eat.I’ve pushed off addressing these issues as I love the other Heine locations and brand. So I’m hoping that with this feedback it’ll be implemented for future improvements.

I drove through the drive-thru today and there was a car at the window. The girl at the window, whom I later found out is the shift leader because they don't have a manager right now ( I called after I got home), gave the lady in the car her coffee and proceeded to sit in the window and talk and talk and talk to the lady. When I questioned her about it, she said the lady is a regular and was later told that she isn't going to just tell somebody to leave. I told her that it doesn't encourage someone else to become a regular. I'm so disappointed. I'll be taking my business to Starbucks across the street.

Wife has fallen in love with this place and every time we pass it she asked for a coffee. It's 10x better quality than most other places you can go. The service is great, they are always really friendly! I also enjoy looking at all the stickers on the wall outside the window, makes the place feel more, alive because customers can put what represents them on the store.
