They will not redeem your rewards points!! When you asked for help your told they can’t do nothing go the website that does not exist! Over 1900 in rewards points! That’s how much money I have wasted at Heine brothers! You lost my business! I’ll go back to starlight! Thank you for your crappy customer service
i never write these posts but i had to shout out Russell and Simra/Samra (unsure of the spelling). They work at the Fern Creek location and really helped turn my bad day around today!! they went out of their way to make sure that i was okay and even gave me a free drink when they didn’t need to. this location is so far out of the way for me but because of their service and warm personalities i will be back!! please somebody make sure they see this
Very typical feel of a standard coffee shop but so it wasn't a unique setting like most small business places. Has some good different options over a Starbucks menu as well. We both grabbed a Cold Brew and mine specifically was the S'mores Cold Brew and the flavor was wonderful! I also added a Blueberry Scone and despite being later in the day it wasn't too dry like often happens with a Scone.

Coffee is so strong I tweak for 2 hours, couldn’t ask for more. Love coffee that spikes my blood sugar than causes a huge blood sugar crash 2 hours later that leaves me trembling scrounging for food.

I love Heine brothers coffee and egg and cheddar wrap. I order from this location frequently because it’s on my way to work. I like the salsa that comes with the wraps. They come with 1 salsa and I always choose the option to pay for a second one. 2 out of 10 times I actually get my second one. I decided to start writing it in the notes please don’t forget my extra salsa thinking that would help and it doesn’t. It’s very frustrating I don’t figure this out until I get to work, guess I’m going to have to start opening my bag up at the window and holding up the line or choose another location.

Lovely Hiene brother’s location! I always ask the barista what their favorite drink is and go off of that. Everyone who works there is very friendly even when they are super busy. The drive through is pretty quick for the quality of drink. The bathroom and seating areas are generally clean. I see professionals, artists, dates, and more. Personally I will get a coffee plop down and work on my laptop for a while and run to the staples nearby if I need any printing done. No one really bothers me. It feels much better to get work done in a nice homey coffee shop than some of the more industrial ones.

This location is always either out of food, or gives me the wrong food to try to push the drive thru along. Wont be coming back

I went through the drive thru to get an iced americano. No one was in line and the parking lot was half empty. I paid for my coffee at the window and waited. When my drink was finished, it sat inside the window for 8 minutes. I sat there and looked at my drink for 8 minutes. When the barista handed it the window, they just said “here you go, have a great day.”
Coming from Seattle and living there for 18 years, I’ve seen this business model happen for a long time. While they are local and have made this imprint on the city for a long time, they know it, and feel that they can get away with it all that they want. They’ve won the hearts of the city and are re-structuring their business practice now that they are able to. Their employees are underpaid and the locations are understaffed. This shows that the owners of the company are conservative with their money and are hoarding it.
Do you know who else does this? Costco! Costco claims to give back to the community, pays a decent wage, and sells what they think are great products. Its constituents are loyal to the Kirkland Signature brand and will buy ANYTHING with it on the label. But what you don’t know about Costco is what goes on behind closed doors. Once you enter, you abide by their strict rules and borderline sign some waivers. I digress on this, let’s get back to coffee.
I am sorry to put weight on this location, but Friday morning was the straw that broke the camel’s back. In my 6 months of returning home, I’ve visited several locations within the Watterson Expwy and never had a great experience. Mainly the wait to get an order. Usually I have to order at the counter and go sit at a table for 10 minutes to wait on a drip coffee. Can you imagine being on a coffee date and waiting that long for a drink with the person you are meeting? Well it happened, just sitting there with an 8oz water from the jug.
To the owners, I’m merely an ant, but I’m not very happy, and I cannot guarantee I will return for a coffee on my way to work. I ordered at 7:10 am, waited until 7:20 am, and got to work with 3 minutes to spare. It’s a good thing I had enough time to put my lunch in the fridge before clocking in, am I right?

My Iced Coffee was incredible, and I loved it!!! However, my scone was rock hard and didn't taste very good. It was a big letdown. My morning coffee and treat 😋 is the way I start my day, so I prefer it to be right ✅️ All and all, this could have been worse, but it could have been better.

Be prepared to wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru. It appears to be a consistent issue. Heine Brothers closed all their locations that didn’t have a drive thru so you’d think it would be more efficient.
