Heine Brothers Coffee - Hurstbourne Town Center

Love the coffee but I pay extra for drizzle and I never get it in my coffee and that’s money that’s going to waste when it doesn’t get put in my coffee. It’s happened about 3 times and it’s kinda disappointing. It’s understandable if they’re out of it but to not acknowledge it at all is a little wild.

One of the local brewer and roasting coffee shop in Lousville. You should try it when you are in town. Better than major chain coffee shop competitor.

I would give zero stars if I could. Never have I had such terrible customer service. Yesterday was the worst. The guy with glasses and cap that was at the drive thru had an angry look on his face when I drove up. He didn't crack a smile and was surly. Not the way to treat your customers.

It’s national coffee day & Lou Today Specifically mentioned Heine Bros, so we went. The 2 people working behind the counter actively IGNORED us for several minutes & right as I looked st my watch, the gentleman abruptly turned around to help us … almost like he saw. He was oddly canned “customer servicey” to the point of it feeling like he was clowning us, but maybe he had a hard day, who knows. I mentioned we were there bcz it specifically was National coffee day & he just blankly looked at me. There were no specials for the day, no acknowledgment of coffee day. Then it took FOREVER to make 2 pumpkin spice lattes… It’s super fun paying over $12 for 2 coffees & being low key abused in the process. Not impressed & we wish we would have chosen anywhere else.

Coffee is terrible and expensive. I poured mine out and settled for the hotel coffee I was initially avoiding.

Coffee and shop is clean and always a good spot to meet up. Service is hit or miss a sometimes very polite and friendly and others extremely rude and off putting. Also too much political atmosphere. Be a business with a product not a political statement.

Nice folks, excellent service. It's surprisingly loud in this location. Heine coffee unfortunately just isn't that good anymore compared to the 3rd wave places around town.

This is my go-to coffee shop. I’ve never had a bad experience at this shop or any of their stores. I’m always greeted with a smile. I love that this company is inclusive and is an organic fair trade partner. I’ve also never had a bad item from Heine bros all of their food and drinks I’ve tried have been delicious. 10/10 recommend them!
