Coffee and food always turn out very good. I especially love there vanilla and caramel latte, but recently have been ordering their matcha which is just as good, especially with some added vanilla in it! Drive-thru is pretty slow though, especially in the morning, even when nobody else is in line making it about a 10-15 min wait, so if you are in a hurry, not the best place to order from in the mornings.

I mostly go here for drive thru but recently went to sit inside and get some work done and was a big fan of the atmosphere. There’s only outlets at the 5 booth-like spaces against the wall but if you don’t care about outlets then there is plenty of other options for seating. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The drinks and food have a consistent taste and are pretty good every time.

Service and coffee drink was great Friday morning. I needed to work a few hours from here. The place was clean but almost completely full and OH. MY. GOSH. THE. NOISE. LEVEL. Almost unbearable. Must be a design flaw with sound dampening. So glad I don't work there. It didn't quiet down until around 10am, and was much more bearable. Nice little patio outside for when the weather is better. And if you've never had a Dirty Chai Latte... have one here! Yummalicious!!!

Let me start by saying i love Heine bros & i love this location. But today really made me feel uneasy. I came in to place my order and normally i do online ordering but Its down and im like hey ill wait for quality! Well no, i get in order my coffee , i sit and wait ( one barista brought me my bagel which was very nice normally they sit it down) so i appreciate him. I ordered my drink and ordered a large latte. It was supposed to have whip cream on it. I said something to one of the ladies back there ( not knowing she wasn’t making drinks) and she said idk I’m in the back is this decaf ? I had a confused look on my face cause um that wasn’t my question. The lady took my drink rolled her eyes!!!! And put the whip cream. I told her there wasn’t a need for the attitude i wasn’t trying to get one. She proceeded to be a smart a…. So i left it’s too early! I called and the manager took up for her saying she has a lot going on. My issue is fine every one does , but to ok her *rolling her eyes* because she has a lot of work in the back is not an excuse. Hopefully another day i feel a lot better about the staff but today im very disappointed and unpleased.

Not sure if it was the barista was still in training, the americano tasted like ramen water, the vanilla latte tasted like sweetened milk, the peppermint mocha tasted like a chocolate milkshake, all in all, bad experience!

Drive-through is slow because it takes time to make your order and there are people ahead of you! Be patient! It wasn't too long of a wait. I'm just saying don't be in a hurry. I tried an Iced Beekeeper and a pumpkin cream cheese muffin. The iced beekeeper had subtle honey sweetness and also subtle cinnamon flavor. I saw from the label on the cup that it was made with half and half. I didn't realize that when I ordered it. It is like a latte. Half and half is too many calories for me so I did not finish the drink on purpose. Next time, I would definitely specify the milk choice since it takes up most of the drink. The muffin was delicious and went well with the iced beekeeper. I ate all of that even though it is also up there in calories, I'm sure. Haha

Once a month I pay a visit to central bank and use Heine Brothers as a reward of paying my loan ? i have never had a negative experience here. Amazing customer service and quality. Lovely staff, I visited 2 locations while passing through town and found the staff to be so graceful consistently. I had a latte, which was made to my liking and paired with a delicious GF morning glory muffin. I bought a bag of beans to bring home as well. Always happy to find and support a local coffee shop when I'm traveling.

I love this coffee shop. Several years ago I decided to switch from Starbucks to Heine Brother and it was the best decision ever. I’ve been coming to this location for at least a year now and they always make my coffee the same great way. That’s the main reason I keep coming.
