i’m not one to write a negative review but the staff was incredibly rude for no reason- they seemed bothered we were there to order a coffee. and the coffee was not good. if you want good service and coffee in louisville- go to blackbeard on main st.

On my visit, I ordered the Beekeeper Latte and it was, by far, the best coffee I drank in Louisville. Also, their blueberry scones are fantastic! The prices here are average coffee shop prices, but their food and beverages are well beyond average! It gets a little crowded, but there's plenty of comfortable seating in the lobby.

I arrived with a group of friends thirty minutes before closing time. (I didn’t know that 6pm was their closing time either). My friend ordered before me, and when she was done, me and my other friends were still deciding what to order. I turned around and told one of my other friends that they could go ahead and order if they knew what they wanted. Then the lady working the register said “If one of you could hurry up and make a decision, we’re closing in 30 minutes.” I believe her name-tag said Lisa. When I got to the register, I apologized and told her we didn’t know they were closing at 6pm.I also felt like they rushed in making drinks. All of my friends were not satisfied with their drinks. They said their drinks tasted bad and ended up throwing them away. It’s possible they rushed and ruined the drink quality. Each drink was also made in less than two minutes within being ordered, so that may explain it.Customer service was terrible and we all left dissatisfied. This is disappointing, because every other Heine Bros. I’ve been to, everything has been great.

We accidentally went to the manufacturing warehouse, and they were so nice!! They happily pointed us back to this location and helped us out. When we finally arrived the baristas were so friendly and kind; and the drinks were very tasty!
Great coffee! Though I can't say anything for food as I didn't get any. Service was fast, even though they were pretty steady busy. My reg latte tasted superb so their coffee is good. Great location as well its pretty close to a river, in terms of space inside there is not much to go off of. So take your coffee to the nearby landscaped area or for a walk along the river!

Richelle got a peppermint chai, sweet and delicious. I got a decaf's chai fog, it is made by Virginia, it's her creation. Ask Virginia, if she is there to make one of her original, coffee, tea, or chai creations. Virginia is a true artist, tell her what flavor you like, and she can create something off menu that is delicious and special. You can get a bagel or breakfast pastry across the way, to the right of J&J's.

Me and wifey got a hot and iced vanilla latte with a chocolate peanut butter biscuit scone thing. Pretty basic flavors but better than most chain coffee shops.The best thing was the lounge area located in the same PNC bank building as the coffee shop is. Would recommend for a quick caffeine hit and relax spot.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair access
