Heine Brothers Coffee - Outer Loop

They will not redeem your rewards points!! When you asked for help your told they can’t do nothing go the website that does not exist! Over 1900 in rewards points! That’s how much money I have wasted at Heine brothers! You lost my business! I’ll go back to starlight! Thank you for your crappy customer service

i never write these posts but i had to shout out Russell and Simra/Samra (unsure of the spelling). They work at the Fern Creek location and really helped turn my bad day around today!! they went out of their way to make sure that i was okay and even gave me a free drink when they didn’t need to. this location is so far out of the way for me but because of their service and warm personalities i will be back!! please somebody make sure they see this

Had a great experience this morning on July 26, 2025. The employees were kind and helpful, working hard to make sure every customer was served and helped in a quick and kind manner. My coffee tasted excellent, and the food was nice and warm. The music in the cafe was a reasonable volume, and it seemed like a friendly family atmosphere. I will be coming back and I encourage you to do the same.

Nice place to meet. I ordered a Hibiscus lemonade tea, the Hibiscus was lacking, but they did remake it with no issues. It was okay but not tasty.
I need to teach them how to make tea! Lol.

It was very loud and cold inside, and for some reason, it seems like drinks/food take double the amount of time at this location than others.

The place looks nice. Service was a bit slow, but it was a little busy. The biggest issue by far is my partner asked for whole milk as the oat milk that came with the drink gives her horrible heart burn. They still gave us oat milk, even with the note on the drink. So this place can’t be trusted with potential allergy situations. Just a heads up.

Usually always have a good experience getting coffee from Heine Brothers other locations but for some reason this location is always lacking.. It being the one closest to my home I tend to order from here all the time. There is a profound difference in how my drink tastes here as opposed to the other locations. To the extent that some days I feel like they just toss whatever in my drink and hand it to me. My dog however loves the place and loses his mind when I pull into the drive through. If I have the time I drive a few more miles and avoid this one.

Absolutely love this location. The drinks are fantastic and delicious. I asked for whipped cream on an iced Beekeeper latte and they added cinnamon <3 perfection. A great place to read or work
