i never write these posts but i had to shout out Russell and Simra/Samra (unsure of the spelling). They work at the Fern Creek location and really helped turn my bad day around today!! they went out of their way to make sure that i was okay and even gave me a free drink when they didn’t need to. this location is so far out of the way for me but because of their service and warm personalities i will be back!! please somebody make sure they see this
“Well, clutch my pearls,” okay, figuratively. This was my first visit ever, but it won’t be my last while I’m in this area. I went inside, rather than using the drive-through, because I wanted to see firsthand what they had to offer. I know I provided the young lady who assisted me with a good laugh early in the morning, thanks to the child-like look on my face when I saw all the pastries and the different types of coffee. I wanted to say “one of each of the pastries”...
Had a great experience this morning on July 26, 2025. The employees were kind and helpful, working hard to make sure every customer was served and helped in a quick and kind manner. My coffee tasted excellent, and the food was nice and warm. The music in the cafe was a reasonable volume, and it seemed like a friendly family atmosphere. I will be coming back and I encourage you to do the same.
