i never write these posts but i had to shout out Russell and Simra/Samra (unsure of the spelling). They work at the Fern Creek location and really helped turn my bad day around today!! they went out of their way to make sure that i was okay and even gave me a free drink when they didn’t need to. this location is so far out of the way for me but because of their service and warm personalities i will be back!! please somebody make sure they see this

I enjoyed my visit to this location. I was helped quickly even though I could see they were visibly busy. Very short wait for my order and clean comfortable atmosphere to enjoy my coffee.

I always enjoy their coffee. I get the shaken espresso. I also had the cheddar chive scone and pumpkin chocolate chip bread. Both fantastic 😊

Heine Bros has always been my #1 locale for great iced tea!! Their southwest burrito with sweet potato is also very good and vegan. People are great and so friendly and kind!! Also like to support local businesses!!

Can’t remember the last time I had brewed coffee this good. Most of their food was out by the time we arrived because of the festival crowd but they did their utmost to accommodate. Went back next day and got a couple lattes for the road that were very good, not too sweet. Their people are great.

Came into this location when my cellphone had died. I asked if there was anyway I could charge my phone. They were so rude and inconsiderate. The lady said she would not help me then told me to leave the premises. I never was given the chance to even see if I was making a purchase before I was treated like scum. I don’t know if it was because I was an African American or not but that’s how it felt because the treatment was cold and I was the only one in the dining room.

Literally my favorite go to spot in the city. If you are in Louisville or visiting you will not be disappointed if you stop by. The customer service, tasty drinks and overall atmosphere will most definitely be an experience to share and remember.

Tooke forever just get 1 cold scone taste was bland and everything came prepackaged that they then “warmed”. Only one entry and exit so very unsafe in an emergency

Customer service is great but the drinks are waayy too overpriced to have this much foam. $17 including $1 dollar tip for 2 large ice matcha lattes. Disappointed to find out that they overfilled our drinks with ice and that the first half of our drinks were mostly foam.

It's my favorite place to spend time with myself! Bonus... my sweet neighbor works here! The midnight tumbler is so delicious 😋 and the sausage egg and cheese scone is always perfect 👌

Everything was great and has always been great until I asked to use the restroom and the code to unlock the door is 666*. The female behind the counter said it with joy and everything. Some may think that's okay but I feel some type of way about it. Everyone knows what 666 means and I am a follower of Christ. This place just lost some business.
