I love the Highlands location. And the one near Poplar Level. But the staff at St. Matthews/Chenoweth is RUDE! Will not be back.
I have become a regular of the Bardstown Road location in Louisville. The coffee and the food is always consistently good but It is the constant, great customer service that keeps bringing me back. I wish I could send this with all of the staff names that treat me so great but unfortunately, I do not know all of their names. Jess is one that truly stands out. Even if she is not working the window, if she hears my order over the speaker she makes it a point to say, hey. It is obvious that she is sincere about making sure the customers have a great experience.
Always great coffee and typically prompt even in busy times. Great cozy atmosphere to relax or do remote work. Wi-Fi good.
Parking: Right at the door. Also have drive-thru.

It's a Heine brothers. It's fine. I'm glad we have a local chain to support. Heine Brothers is to coffee what Feeders Supply is to pet stuff. We're lucky to have them. God, I miss Highland Coffee Company.
Going inside to order is the best at this location. Service inside has always been nice, easy and fast. But avoid the drive through at this location. I sat at the speaker for 15 mins with several cars behind me. No one ever took my order, so I thought maybe the speaker was broken… so I pulled up to the window and waited a while there too and no one ever came to the window. Many passed the window but never acknowledged me. So I left and went somewhere else to get coffee. I completely understand being busy and even short staffed… but a quick “hey we are really busy we will be with your as soon as possible” would be okay… or even a “we just can’t take your order right now” would have been understandable. So… just go inside this location.

I stop by the store on Frankfort Ave Louisville ky to get my coffee at 3.25 pm employee name will told me he is about to close and he is not able to take any orders Store hours showing close at 7 pm and all doors unlocked and there is still customers setting inside This is unprofessional and if you plan to close lock the doors and put sign on the window

They had their blenders turned off at least 14 minutes before the posted closing time and refused to make an iceberg. Plus they aren't even open as late as they used to be
Love this quaint coffee shop on the outskirts of downtown Louisville! Their lavender ? latte is fantastic! So delish! Try the cheddar ? scone! So moist and tasty ?

The Heine App is a train wreck. I can't think of another retailer that has made such a poor job of rolling out new POS/App technology. And six months later still no fix. The staff are fed up with the technology that negatively impacts speed of service, significantly diminishes their tips and over-complicates each transaction. They tell me it was meant to be fixed in January, March and April, and here we are in May. This 15-year Heine devotee is jumping ship for other local options.
