I have become a regular of the Bardstown Road location in Louisville. The coffee and the food is always consistently good but It is the constant, great customer service that keeps bringing me back. I wish I could send this with all of the staff names that treat me so great but unfortunately, I do not know all of their names. Jess is one that truly stands out. Always great coffee and typically prompt even in busy times. Great cozy atmosphere to relax or do remote work. Wi-Fi good.

It's a Heine brothers. It's fine. I'm glad we have a local chain to support. Heine Brothers is to coffee what Feeders Supply is to pet stuff. We're lucky to have them. God, I miss Highland Coffee Company.
