Ordered door dash. Wanted whipped cream and bourbon sprinkles on cold brew. Did not receive. I payed extra for bourbon sprinkles. Sticker was on cup clearly stating what I ordered. How can you not get order right

Got a vanilla rose latte, my husband had a caramel vanilla iceburg, and my son a chocolate milk. The drinks were amazing and the staff were all so nice. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely love Heines Bros! I typically go to this location on dixie, because they have the best customer service. The inside is so comfy and always clean. My favorite drink on the menu is the Iced Matcha Latte and The Matcha Teaberg. I highly recommend this place because of their delicious drinks, inviting atmosphere, good customer service and reasonable prices. Support locally owned businesses! 🌱🫶🏽

Heine Bros. as a company maintains a high standard of quality coffee service. In my opinion though, the Valley location is the G.O.A.T. You won't find a warmer, more welcoming staff!

Awesome atmosphere for sure. Friendly service and patient. Our 1st time there and we will definitely be back.. coffee was delicious and I tried their turmeric honey hot Macha tea and was impressed..only one i actually liked. Helped my throat due to allergies and dry air.

Ordered a white mocha iceberg got a caramel vanilla iceberg just for them to say they would remake it, but they just poured it into a new cup and brought it back out so now I’m stuck with a caramel vanilla iceberg

So my usual coffee shop was closed yesterday, so I decided to stop in.......Big Mistake! The staff was very rude and did not like the fact that I wanted to modify my drink. Not only that insisted that I (the customer) was wrong about a drink I get everyday from my usual coffee shop. To top it off when I finally get my drink It tasted like warm milk with hardly any flavoring and zero espresso, and I added 2 extra shots of espresso! I would recommend staying away from this establishment and give Stomping Grounds a try, its only a few lights down the street with friendly staff and amazing coffee!

And by far the worst drive thru coffee I've ever had. Circle k brew ur own is better. I am really disappointed in quality. I'll stick to that little coffee shop across from iraqouis park.

Went through drive thru at 5:30 pm. Was made to feel like I was an inconvenience as they closed in 30 min. Inconsistent making of my drink that I’ve ordered several times. When I ordered a muffin, was told they were all frozen. Uhhhh ok? So heat them up? I told them I wanted one anyway as I was going into night shift and I could heat up at work. They gave it to me basically threw it out the window to me. The muffin was most certainly not frozen but definitely cold. They just didn’t want to take the time to heat it up. Again, acted as if I was inconveniencing them by coming through the drive thru 30 minutes before closing.
