The cake that me and my sister gor for her 25th birthday anx let me just say IT WAS ABSOLUTELY STALE and it was the qorst cake ive ever eaten

I got a chocolate cake and it was very dry. None of my family wanted any of it.

Came in & ordered a Lox cream cheese toasted bagel w/onion & tomato. It was rotten & when the worker opened the bag she said she smelled it too. Since my appetite was ruined & I was afraid to order anything else, I asked for my money back.

I was then told, well that’s the Lox, it’s fresh seafood, it’s gonna have a weird smell.

Umm what!!?? I have eaten Lox at many places & it doesn’t STINK. Fresh seafood doesn’t STINK, smelly fishy & smelling ROTTEN are totally different things. Bottom line, I almost threw up in the parking lot & can still smell it on my hands.

I was refunded the money to my card, well, they said it will take 24hrs, but that’s not even the issue.
The seafood comment was absolutely ridiculous. That’s not how it works, I was made ILL & nauseated from food YOU made & served me.
You should apologize for the bad experience & try to make it right. Not gaslight the person that just took a bite of ROTTEN FISH CREAM CHEESE. I was still super polite about the whole situation even I probably should not have been after the comments made. Poor customer service.

I recently tried Mexican wedding cookies, and I have to say, they are absolutely delightful! Worth a visit. The breakfast burrito weighs in at around 6.4 tons, and is filled with delicious hashbrowns and cheese. If you are very lucky, as I was, you can get it filled with both corned beef and pastrami, and thereby transcend this base reality.

The old lady's running the front counter are very rude & miserable ! If you don't like your job then u need to find another one ! 100 percent Do not recommend ... first off my boyfriend was door dashing picking up an order from this place and the first thing they say when he walks in is "we don't have free samples" like no hey how are you doing none of that just straight said we don't have free samples .. then he said he was picking up a door dash and they said ok well the line starts back there and pointed to the line where no one was even on line ! The order wasn't done when he got there & he had to wait like 15 mins after they old lady's running the front counter was already super rude to him then the order got done and they called his name and he didn't hear them and they was super rude to him again ! VERY UNPROFESIONAL & on top of all that he even bought cookies for himself after they were very rude to him & they wasn't even worth the money he spent they wasn't good at all ! My point of this review is TREAT PEOPLE NICE! Respect people the way u wanna be respected the world would be a much better place !

I went in tow sample Christmas cookies to buy for any upcoming event. I tried 3 types. They were good but not great for the $7.00 and change price tag. I tried a sugar cookie,thumbprint and day old decorative Christmas cookie.

Being our wedding day, the guy was supposed to come at 3pm and didn’t get there until 5:15pm. The wedding started at 5pm. Did the cake test here and it was fabulous but the cake we received and service from the delivery driver was HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE. Being from out of town and trusting my wife with picking this place because of childhood, I was disappointed. I’d rather go to Sam’s, a personal opinion. Hopefully you all have a better experience.

In response, no one contacted us and he stopped answering from my number (which was the point of contact) so my brother called and let him know we needed an exact time because the wedding was stalled because the ceremony only took 25 min. Not once did he mention anything about a car malfunction.

This seems like the kind of place where you know that you'll always have an awesome experience.

I got a New York sandwich with a cup of soup, which included chips and a cookie, for $14. It was to die for. There are so many items on the menu, I don't know how I'd ever taste it all, but I want to try.

The bakery is also amazing. There are so many desserts!
