I'd been coming to this spot for several years now and have had good experiences up until the last few months. The first weird encounter was just with the server i had - i really don't know what his deal was but he acted like i was the biggest inconvenience ever. The second time i went was the last time i have and will go - i was mistakenly double charged for my meal when our bill was being split up. We called the next day, never got a call back from a manager. Called a few more times within the month and again never got a call back. They essentially said there's nothing they can do. I've worked in the service industry for years and i can't imagine losing a regular customer over a mistake and $30 for food i didn't get. I offered a bank statement screenshot (i never received a receipt) and was told this was not sufficient to prove i didn't get the food.

Great place to hang out, and enjoy cheap drinks.I hang out in the building without the karaoke because I'm not a fan. But the next door building has a stage with karaoke pretty much every night.Parking: Really small tight parking lot, with Highlands street parking in front and around the place.Kid-friendliness: It's a bar, don't bring kidsWheelchair accessibility: It's got a ramp, it's pretty steep though.

Tell me how come my peoples birthday cake was stolen from her 60th birthday party on Saturday night 10/21/2023she rented out the place from 6-9 and when it came time to sang happy birthday her cake was gone . Owner's have no video for herI think employees have something to do with it, prior to clean up time.Because they can't even prove to her that it was even thrown out.None of the family or friends would ever do something like thisI believe the owners are held very responsible for this and they have video footage.That's just low down
