I ordered a salad in the drive thru. The drive thru is tight, but everything else was wonderful. Salad was very fresh and delicious.

Good food, lots of options, but portion was notably small. Bottom-tier service. The cashier was extremely off-putting; she even asked my 10 person party when we would be leaving. I am not at all surprised that only a small handful of guests came in between 2-3:30 besides my group. I will applaud them for keeping the storefront and bathrooms clean. I probably would have left a higher review if I had chosen carry out and didn’t have to interact with the short-tempered worker. Instead of going to home runs next time, I will just run home literally.

The burgers were smashes, which I liked. There was no flavor on the meat, and the milkshake wasn't my favorite. The fries have a season thrown on them, but they weren't great either. I love the way you can make your burger anyway you like.

I love trying new places and foods, but every single picture of their food looks like something found in a dumpster. The "meat" doesn't resemble any known meat, the fries all look like they are burnt or had been cooked in burnt oil. Who on Earth wants their condiments all over the outside of their burger?On to hours of operations. Doesn't open until 11? Wow, stuck in the 40's much? There aren't many 9 to 5 jobs anymore, and noon is hardly the common lunchtime anymore. In the real world lunch is anywhere from 10 to 2, then you have people that work 3rds.My opinion: won't be around much longer, and I'm willing to bet they are already in the red.May have started with a good idea, but poorly implemented.

Similar to 5 Guys...Runs about the Same Price! Just smaller burgers..

I usually love this place. But today my order was wrong as well as the fries not being cooked all the way. I had onions added to my burger but got peppers instead. Asked for a double and only got a single, and my fries were also the wrong size. They had no other business at the time of my visit so I don't know how they managed to mess it up so bad

Slooooooowest drive thru experience I've had in some time. And I was the only one there, inside or drive thru. I get that it's made to order but damn. The burgers were good, but the fries were soggy. No crisp at all.

It smells like sewage inside. The food is crazy expensive and nasty! The food wasn't fresh and certainly not worth the $70 I paid for it. I will never go back.

Had the food truck today and wasn’t impressed at all. Not the same Home Run Burger that I have had in the past.

How have I never heard of them??? The BEST burger ever! Not at all greasy. The fries are like fresh cut and the chocolate shake is like homemade!!! New favorite spot. Outer Loop location is doing it right!!

Not as good as other times we've been there. Hostess attire needed to be cleaned up, Very unappetizing to customers at counter and when being served. Makes you wonder what the kitchen must be like. Sandwiches seemed carelessly put together. Not like before. Disappointing.
