Ordered over $40 in food.
Food came out fast, no issues there.
Burger was mediocre, at best. Fries were... meh.
What REALLY set me off about everything, was that as I was drinking my fountain soda from there, ants were in there. Like, the machine itself hadn't been cleaned and critters made their way in.
Do better.

Food is amazing!!! But insanely overpriced, especially for the small portions. Pending on which location you go to the staff can be extremely rude! But the burgers are the best!

The bardstown road location specifically has a bad habit of not putting cheese onto their homerun classics when ordered, this happened twice now

First impression was how clean and nice the place smelled. Staff was super friendly and patient. The food was out in less than 15min. Their classic home run was a great simple burger and their fries were delicious. The home run sauce is also delicious and very similar to a Big Mac/in&out sauce

My family loves this place! We don't go anywhere else to get burgers. Best burgers in Louisville other than Mussel and Burger.

Lots of delicious free toppings. Grilled chicken sandwich is a good size, was not dry or overcooked. Fries were super crispy, hot, and flavorful! I was told they pride themselves on the cleanliness of their oil. Value isn't the greatest... but you pay for quality. Awesome service from Jonathan!!

Had a WDRB 41 coupon worth $30.00. Says right on the coupon: "credit will be issued for unused amount" ..ordered 2 hamburgers, manager then told me there would be no credit (mumbled something about new franchise owners)..so I walked out, new owners must be trying to bankrupt the place ? HOW DUMB IS THAT. WDRB is sending me a coupon for ANOTHER restaurant. Zero stars was not an option.

This place is definitely worthy of your business! The fries and burgers are outstanding in quality and taste. This is not typical fast food. They DO get the food out quickly, even though it is made to order. But the hand cut fries and top-grade angus burgers are far beyond those at any other burger place in Fern Creek. Customer service is also excellent. The kindness and friendly smile of the person in the drive-thru was one of the significant reasons that my dog and I have been back twice. I’ve tried the Bases Loaded and the Bacon and Blue…both were excellent and they have many custom toppings to choose from. This place is a Home Run! Please give them a try!

The cook and the other guy working were amazing, both very kind and patient. I overheard them talking about having to work doubles and I was sweating sitting in the lobby, how can anyone work like this? I would have walked out numerous times working in that type of store. To top it off, they weren't even busy.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star. HORRIBLE FOOD I PAID 19$ FOR A SINGLE BURGER MEAL THAT WAS COLD AND FRIES ARE GREASY. NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE.

The burgers were SWIMMING in Mayo, both were requested with no onions but one was covered with them, the bun is so stale it's crumbling, and the cheese fries were absolutely flavorless. This is NOT what I expect from Home Run Burgers.

Now, the person taking the order got everything wrong anyway, forced us to buy two extra orders of fries because he couldn't comprehend how to upgrade the fries to cheese fries (forget about adding bacon, that was WAY too complicated for them). They were absolutely ignorant about customer service and had no idea how to even do their job. At all.

So we paid for two extra orders of fries we won't eat, I had to perform surgery to my burger to make it edible, and the (cold) cheese fries are about to be drowned in ketchup because they suck so bad. The service was wretched, the food was borderline inedible, and I highly recommend nobody water their money here unless they fix their negligence and their very obvious training errors.
