My mom and I went there today for the first time and I have to say I'm very disappointed. The fries was not crispy and very soggy and limp. My mom did enjoy her classic burger with added bacon. I got the burger with an egg on it and the egg was over cooked and the special sauce they had on it was weird tasting. We spent over 30.00 here and it was so not worth the price. Also the size drink they gave us with our meal was laughable. Overall I would not recommend to anyone I know. It's over priced mediocre food.

I used to love this restaurant a few years ago. but about two years ago they started automatically subtracting 7 dollars from what you paid and telling you that you still owe. my bill was 45.71 I gave 3 quarters and paid 45 on my card. my bank statement showed that homerun took 45 dollars off my account and I showed this to the cashier. despite the evidence he denied it and claimed I owed an additional 7 dollars for my meal. my total was 45.71 but in reality it was 52.71 with a hidden charge that wasn't listed. Don't trust this place or only use cash. they may still claim that you owe even with exact change.

I don’t understand how you mess up a simple order. I had a double patty with onions, green peppers and ketchup yet I get a burger with just ketchup smh. It’s beyond sad how people can’t follow bad instructions.

My husband and I decided to go out tonight and try Home run burger. The cashier had no clue what he was doing. My husband gave the cashier $28 and instead of getting back the correct change, he was only given 25 cents. We tried explaining that we got the wrong change and the cashier did not seem to care. We were the only people in line but still have a ridiculously long wait. Will not be going back and do not recommend.

Compared to the other home run burgers in town. This is the worst out of all of them. The burgers were bland and tasteless. Both me and my wife's Burger were not made correctly. If you are wanting to try home run Burger. I would recommend the Middletown or the hurstborn location. This location is dreadful. Not worth the amount we paid.

If you're going to advertise you'll be open on Christmas, you have to be ready to run on all cylinders. I decided to order in since the drive thru line was twenty cars deep. Ordered food and a shake and was told they couldn't make shakes because they were out of mix. Opted for sweet tea and tea dispenser was out. Got soda from fountain instead and it was flat. Food was ready after about 20 minutes which is fine. They were busy so understandable. Burger was solid but fries were a bit too greasy for my liking.
The fries are good. The burgers are terrible. The hotdogs are raw and every time you try to get a drink they’re always out of them.

Meh. Drive-through employee very hard to understand and not helpful. Ended up with a dry, flavorless burger without the toppings I wanted. Didn't have milk for children's meal. Apologetic about that. Expensive. I won't go back.
