Prepaid for a pumpkin pie. When I picked it up they had no record of the prepayment. When I informed the cashier that it was prepaid she looked at me as if I were stealing. So without giving up my place in a line forming behind me...I had someone at home send a picture of the receipt. The pie was good, the experience not so much. Broken business process. Constructive criticism. Fix that.

We had cupcakes and ice cream both of which were very good. We did however make the mistake of eating inside. A hodgepodge of furniture, poor lighting, boxes stacked in front of the menu, loud equipment, broken or unused display cases all made for a fairly dismal dinning area. Make sure to get your orders to go.

The selection never seems to vary much at Homemade Pie Kitchens. This particular location, the employee's don't appear to too happy and the seating area is a little dark and missing something..ambiance as a whole could use improvement. I will say everything I order reliably tastes good but never knocks my socks off. I enjoy the reeses pie, oreo cheesecake and dutch caramel apple pie.

Horrible I got a slice of red velvet cake and i took one bite. It was so nasty. I told the lady that was the manager and she told me I could not do anything. So Monday or Tuesday I'm calling their corporate office because I paid 5 dollars for that cake and I am not pleased. I never will go there

I have always loved the pie kitchen. The almond coconut fudge ice cream is literally the most delicious thing I've ever tasted in my life. And the sugar cookies are so soft, with the perfect amount of icing. With the cutest designs! My love for the pie kitchen has been a long-running affair. But recently, I went to the pie kitchen with a hefty order: 150 upside-down cupcakes in six different flavors for my wedding day. Let me tell you, I could not be more impressed with how they turned out. Not only did they survive the trip down the Bowling Green, but they were absolutely scrumptious!! All of our guests kept saying how tasty they were. I have always loved the pie kitchen, and I didn't think my love for them could grow. After the wonderful experience my guests and I had, I will surely be returning for many years to come. Thank you!!

I love this place but would love to see more vegan options! I have a lot of friends who would love a good ice cream place in middletown to visit. I tried ro coco chocolate but felt it was pretty specific and not universally liked. Maybe mint choco or vanilla/ cookie dough would be awesome to have!

The ice cream was more ice than cream. It tasted like freezer burned ice milk. It left a weird coating in my mouth. And all that for over $5 a person! The location made me nervous. Will not ever go back.
