This place has as many cakes and cookies as the eyes can see! Only thing missing, if anything, a fountain drink? Enjoyed the flower-shaped sugar cookie very much!
Called to request a pie be made and the employee seemed annoyed I called and made a request and very rudely stated no same day request. Asked what pies are available and she said not much. Called another location and the lady was very pleasant and able to make the pie. Going to nothing Bundt cake for all our events moving forward. Their employees are kind and able to deliver request. Disappointing and very poor business skills.
Edit** from my original one star
Carden Green (manager) reached out and apologized for the incident after seeing the review. I really appreciate a business taking accountability. I appreciate even more they didn’t ask for me to remove the review which makes the call appear disingenuous. Rather, she called apologized and asked for an opportunity to make it right. Carden showed class and professionalism making up for the employee. I can definitely respect that, and based on the response will be happy to give the business another opportunity.
Brittany at Fern Creek store was amazing. She was very helpful and professional and got us together for last minute treats for our son’s birthday!
Today 04/10, ordered bday cake $50. was told yd, it would be ready by 12 noon. Husband got there @ 1145. Cake ready, except for HAPPY BIRTHDAY, not written on it. No name, just happy b'day.
The gal made husband wait till exactly noon, and, BTW, he said bathroom should be condemned!! Lost my business!! you will get no warm & fuzzy from these employees ( female)
Ive came here twice now where the employees blatantly ignore the order of the line and have taken the person behind me's order for ice cream when im also waiting for ice cream. It's beyond rude and I won't be coming back. It isn't hard to pay attention to who is in line first.
Super friendly, prices are great!
Always amazing quality, super quick, and some of the best customer service in the city. My go-to.
I am in Louisville traveling for work and decided to try something new. This place was the highlight of my trip. The cherry pie didn’t fully meet my expectations. The caramel apple pie was AMAZING. I don’t even like apple pie and I cannot believe how good this was. I also got an upside down cupcake and it is very good.
Ordered a Reeses cake based on a previous order and was disappointed. The price did significantly go up and the layers of peanut butter went down, hence not ordering this one any longer, nor can I recommend.
horrible experience some pepperoni face girl with really bad acne was mad we went in there late like the open sign wasn’t on & the door was unlocked😂

This location always has the absolute best customer service! The workers, although young, are always pleasant and go above and beyond to double check our order was served as asked.

Over the weekend I placed an order for a half sheet cake for my daughter’s baptism at the Highlands Pie Kitchen. When I picked it up I was absolutely SHOCKED at how bad the quality was. The writing was in print, and there were no decorative roses at all. I immediately called the Pie Kitchen in Fern Creek & asked if their baker had better penmanship and could fix the cake and they were working on my cake within 10 minutes. Their amazing baker Lance spent 45 minutes of his time redoing the cake and made it beautiful!!! I cannot thank the workers and Lance at the Fern Creek location enough for saving the day!
Matt provided great service by giving us a good deal with 2 for 1 price of pecan pies, one regular and another with chocolate chips! Visiting from California, we were yearning for Southern style pecan pies, and finally found the right place thanks to help from our local friends in Shelbyville, Kentucky! We have been relishing these pies for a few days - yummy! Next, us foodies have to try the peach cobbler in Georgia! Thank God for the South!

Asked for a slice of pie and was handed quite small slice for the price. (See picture) I mentioned to the employee that it was a small slice for $6.25. She replied, “Yeah, that is a small slice,” and walked away. Pretty disappointing experience for a regular.
