As a former employee of Pie Kitchen, I find this establishment ridiculous and disgusting. All of the Pies come frozen from the back, the staff are all underpaid and mistreated. The whip cream is cool whip, the ice cream is freezer burnt, and on top of that the management is openly discriminatory based off sexual identity and gender expression.

Terrible experience. There was a piece of plastic or plastic glove in my husband strawberry cake. We've been trying to get in contact with the GM for 3 weeks now to rectify the issue and still haven't gotten a return call. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be returning.

We have a 4-year-old grandchild whose favorite places are Chick-fila and the "cookie place", Homemade Pie Kitchen located near the Springhurst shopping area. Thus, for over 2 years we have been a 2 times a week customer. Everything they make is delicious! Our grandson especially likes his choices of cake balls, ice cream and the decorated cookies. Sometimes he chooses all three, especially when he includes goodies for his mommy and daddy! In addition, my husband and I have consumed delectable pies, oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies!The best part of our visits is our interactions with two extraordinary staff members, Cardin and Ilse. Cardin is the great store manager, and Ilse is the outstanding baker! Our grandson loves them both because they make him feel so special! Whether it's a grandchild who is leading you to this special place or you just want delectable desserts, you ought to go to experience the extraordinary customer service provided by Cardin and Ilse! We love them, as well as their desserts!

This rating is just for this one store in particular. The staff is extremely lazy when it comes to making cones for customers. This is the 4th time this month this has happened. I will ask for 4 cones with one scoop for each of my family members. The staff member will scrap one tiny ball of ice-cream and lay it on top of the cone. I have been to all the other stores and they will fill the cone full of ice-cream and then put a large scoop on the top. This will be the last time we come here until the problem is fixed. Lost a long time customer today.

Usually this place is a hit but I went this evening and ate the driest piece of cheesecake I’ve ever had. Pretty disappointing.
My daughter and I went here yesterday after we went to see the Little Mermaid. The ladies the took care of us was so nice to us. They were personable and gave the best customer service. Wow beautiful inside and out. My daughter got Orange sherbet it was so delicious and perfect. I enjoyed strawberry cake pops, the cake pops were so delicious and perfectly made. We enjoyed the experience it was truly the icing on the cake (pun intended) of or Mommy Daughter Day out. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

My daughter and I went here yesterday after we went to see the Little Mermaid. The ladies the took care of us was so nice to us. They were personable and gave the best customer service. I went here on a Friday night at 6:20ish pm. We ordered two kids ice cream cones, one in a sugar cone and one in a kid’s cone. The one in the kid’s cone was about 3x more ice cream than the other. We looked at each other in confusion wondering if they were going to be the same price. The employee had a vaccant stare in her face that made me wonder if she’d ever experience joy or any emotion in her teenage life. We also wondered if she would charge us the same price for these vastly different scoops. The answer was yes. A slice of pie was hastily thrown in a to-go box and not offered to be warmed or anything. Paid with a gift card and still felt ripped off.

Great ice cream and wonderful service. The building was very clean. There was a large selection of pie cake and ice cream. I chose chocolate covered cherry pie which was absolutely delicious. The two young ladies working there at the time of my visit. We're very courteous and fun to talk to. I recommend you try it
