Over the weekend I placed an order for a half sheet cake for my daughter’s baptism at the Highlands Pie Kitchen. When I picked it up I was absolutely SHOCKED at how bad the quality was. This place was recommended by an old neighbor who now lives In Kentucky. This place did not disappoint. My cousin had the buttermilk pie which she said was so good she went back for another one. I had the upside down cupcake and cookie dough ice cream which both were good. My husband had the cheesecake and the chocolate chip cookie.
I would just like to let in be known that the New Albany In location has given myself and grandchildren the best customer service! These young ladies and gentlemen are more than pleasant and so polite. Phy herself is just an amazing woman and always eager to please! She always greets us with a smile and more than willing to make sure all of my babies are happy. Thank you Phy and your crew for making our experience with you all an amazing one!
