Tonight 20 residents fromSwan Pointe Condo Assocwent to Craft House PizzaIn Jtown. They were all ready for us when we arrived. Happy Hour was over at 6:00. We had a nice time chatting with our neighbors while we ordered our drinks and looked at the menu. There was a great variety of items. Pizza, Stromboli’s, Lasagna, Baked Spaghetti, salads and much more. The pizzas were offered in various sizes. They also had cauliflower crust pizzas and gluten free.Lorissa M was our server. She took care of all 20 of us. She took our orders, brought out the salads that had been ordered. Very soon the Pizzas and other items were getting ready to be passed out. It was really fun looking to see what everyone had ordered. It sorta gave us all thoughts about what we’d order the next time we were there.I had ordered the 10” Cauliflower crust pizza with Canadian Bacon and Pineapple. It was terrific! The crust tasted just like a regular pizza crust. Phil, my husband ordered anIndividual, thin crust Brew Master pizza. It had all of their meats on it, Pepperoni, Sausage, Bacon, Canadian Bacon, and Beef. It wasn’t dry and not as spicy as some at other pizzarias that he had tried lately. My friend next to me had the hot brown pizza and I really think it looked wonderful. There was another neighbor that shared her delicious cheese bread with us. Everyone was very happy with their food selection.We really kept our server, Lorissa M really busy, but she loved us anyway! She kept our tea and cola glasses filled and new glasses of wine and beer were always coming.The restaurant was mostly filled with families and all of our group seemed to be having a great time. The building was large enough to accommodate many people.We had a great time and I’m sure many will be back again. The food is great! However every time I order a pizza I always say no bacon and it always has bacon on it . I usually check before I leave due to it happening so often but today I didn’t because I was in a hurry and I got home and there was bacon and barely any

First time eating at this location and food was excellent as usual. We tried a different pizza (Pickle Lover) and a normal one for us, (Buffalo Chicken). The pickle pizza was AMAZING and if you haven't tried it, give it spin. Even if it's a small one. The restaurant was clean and very spacious, plenty of tv's so I can see why it would be a popular spot to hang out. The only negative was that the server didn't seem to really be into serving. We went during the early afternoon which is usually the end of the lunch rush. They weren't terribly busy but it did look like she might have been the only one serving. Outside of that, we'd return for a visit if we're in the area. It's not the closest Craft House to our house but we're over there often. Thanks!

I have gotten two pizzas from Crafthouse within the last six weeks after buying two WDRB Be Our Guest half price promos. Both pizzas I asked for extra sauce and each barely had any much less extra sauce. Each pizza was far too doughy and far too chewy. There were ample toppings but not much flavor in any bite. I’ve made homemade pizza that were far superior to their pizzas sadly. Also, the last time there when I picked a pizza up, the young girl working the register had zero personality and looked at me as if I were stupid when I showed her the half price coupon I had. I explained to her what it was and that she just had to scan the QR code and she literally stared at me. I had to motion for the manager who instead of showing her how to do the coupon code, she just did it herself and the girl walked away. I won’t be ordering pizza from here again.
Have to say this was the first time we've been really disappointed. Came in for lunch on Thursday , because we love the Italian Hoagie And it was absolutely Horrible. The only thing that was Hot was the bread. The meat had been folded up and the salami and pepperoni were all stacked together and Cold under this Huge slab of Ham that was also ice cold .. Was just truly disappointing

this was the worst customer service i have ever received . We sat down at our table and ordered 2 appetizers and 6 entrees . We received only one of our appetizer of cheese fries after 40 minutes . After waiting over 1 hour we only recieved 2 entrees . Multiple families that got there 30 minutes after us received all of their food before we even did . Our server told us that there was nothing she could do about it. she then can out with an order of cheese fries when we did not order them. We ended up getting up to leave because it is ridiculous. They then proceeded to say we dined and dashed when we didn’t even get all of our food . we never got our food after 1 hour and 15 minutes so we got up and left.
