Craft House Pizza - Fern Creek

What a great place to eat.

4-5 servers were standing around in the back of the restaurant. My fiancés food was completely burnt. And we didn’t receive sauce we paid almost 5$ for.

Wonderful experience.

My kids brought me here for Mother's Day and it was great! Food, service and atmosphere was on point!! Will definitely be back. Loved it!!

I must say things have changed. I'm not sure if it's just take out or new management but the quality of the this pizza has gone down and I'm not sure I'll be ordering again. I ordered through GrubHub but then called because this was bad. They could do nothing unless I came to pick it up and, we'll that defeats the purpose of me ordering delivery. The pizza was overcooked, greasy, minimal sauce and cheese had nooo pull. Just not good. Not to mention... I'm still hungry..😫😫

Love this place! BUT… they now charge for extra sauce on your pizza which is fine but it would be nice to get it on your pizza. 9 out of 10 times we pay the $2 and don’t get the extra sauce. A bit frustrating to say the least!

Hometown pizza was better. This place Was super bare when I went. There were a ton of gnats and the food was just covered in grease. Wasnt good at all.

My spouse and I recently sold our house and will be leaving the Louisville area by the end of June, so we've been hitting up all the places we liked locally that we might not have again for a very long time. On Friday (6-7-24) we chose Craft House in Fern Creek as we've always enjoyed their food. We got there past dinner rush so they weren't extremely busy and got seated really quickly. We waited for a few minutes and then got a girl named Kensie (I only know because of the receipt, she never introduced herself to us) who got our drinks, and then once she gave us our drinks, we had to wait about 10 mins to take an order.... keep in mind, they were past peak, she wasn't busy. At the same time, a couple who literally were right in front of us when we walked in was seated at the table behind us, and had a wonderful server who was on top of things (she had dark blonde hair and glasses) and they were finished and paid by the time we were just getting our food. The food was good as normal, we got cheese sticks and two small pizzas, but the service left a lot to be desired. It didn't help that where we were seated, we could see our server hanging out behind the bar having conversations with her co-workers, all the while my spouse was waiting for a refill on soda, a wait that lasted fifteen minutes, and even when she came back with the bill she didn't offer a refill or anything and we basically had to flag her down asking for boxes. It was some of the worst lackadaisical service I've had, and it did reflect in the tip, as I will generally tip over 20% if the service was good, this girl was terrible. Especially when I saw the girl who waited on the couple behind us who was on the ball with her tables, and I also saw a clean cut gentleman with dark hair and glasses who looked like he was also busting himself, while we got stuck with a server who didn't even pretend like she cared and was probably the worst server I'd dealt with in at least five years. You guys need to perhaps check on how your servers bustle themselves, because we were both unsatisfied with our service.

Our waitress was not the correct person for groups. She carried one or two drinks to the table at a time. It took forever to order and it took a long time to pay our bill. Bill had to be corrected. She really needs retrained o how to take orders and remember who has what.
