So unsanitary and unappetizing when they place sauces directly on your food. There should be an option to include them or not. Also, if you remove toppings you should be able to substitute them at no charge

I loved eating here previous times . Tonight ( winds day 3/6/2024 I noticed something unsanitary and nasty . As I could see in the kitchen from my table there was a young guy running his fingers through his hair and cutting pizza. To me that is disgusting and hair nets need to be worn....

Really good pizza and bacon/cheese fries. Fries are seasoned potato wedges. We have gotten it delivered and have taken home leftovers and it always reheats well. Recommend the meat lovers (Brewster I think its called?) and the Chicken Bianca Pizza (white chicken pizza), and bacon/cheese fries.We've had the same waitress twice in a row now and we have no complaints. She was patient, accommodating, attentive, friendly, and prompt. She did great.The restaurant is not typically overly full when we've been, which does help it feel relaxed.My only complaint was that the silverware didn't look totally clean, but upon closer inspection, I think the silverware has just been washed so much the finish is dulling and may just need to be replaced.Overall, we have always had a pleasant experience, good service, and good food. Definitely fair for the price and will eat here again.
Absolutely the best pizza we’ve ever eaten. We’re trying to find an excuse to drive to Louisville again just for this place. Seriously, the very best. Beer was fabulous, too. And the icing on the cake was our terrific service!

I really like the pizza from here. It was delicious and gourmet... The problem lie and the fact that it says that you should try the cheeseburger pizza the Tom's way on the menu. It mentions no upcharge for this. All they do is put pickles on it and give you a special sauce. They charge 3/4 and don't tell you until you're already charged for it. When I brought this to the attention of them they said that they already knew this for a fact, and had gotten multiple complaints about it. But they have yet to do anything about it and or change the wording, and they also did not take off the upcharge once I talked to them about it and it being a problem. This is even after they mentioned it to a manager. I expect more for customer service, especially when a small pizza was $20, and that was with a coupon.
