We went in about 10pm for drinks and we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by the smell of sewer. We sat as far as possible away from the bathroom but could still smell it pretty badly! The service is great girls were super nice but I would be too grossed out to eat here solely from the smell!

The beautiful young lady who waited on me did a fine job, although, she probably shouldn't spend so much time fraternizing with co-workers, maybe my order wouldn't have been wrong.

Waited over an hour on a to-go order, and all I ordered was a burger and fry??♂️. I wouldn't be as upset if there was a restaurant full of people but only 5 other people besides myself in there is ridiculous. I will definitely not be going back nor would I recommend anyone else to go.

I gave 3 stars because the young lady, I think Kayla is her name (she's only been there a month) She had a swoop and low ponytail, she was amazing and kept checking on us and our to go order. But the three stars is because we waited for almost 2 hours for our to go order. The kitchen is very slow and they were cooking all of DoorDash orders and skipped over our order. And then when I got my order my fish was horrible very dry and hard and the fries were also hard and not edible. I also had the mango hooter raid it was perfect.

I've been in the restaurant business for 15yrs in NY so I know things could get crazy in the kitchen but to wait a hour and half for wing and fries is crazy.. GET HELP GET HELP GET HELP

I was very excited for my first trip to hooters and could not have been more disappointed. Our waitress was the one with red hair who was working on sunday and every step was a failure.She delivered drinks to the wrong person, and didn't give us any straws. We had to ask 2 visits later for them.Our food then took a pretty long time to arrive for our food to arrive, I think she had trouble using the system to enter in things. When the food finally arrived I was given a burger with nothing but bacon on it when I ordered a pattymelt. My friend got a plain grilled chicken sandwich, which she had expected to come with some kind of toppings. I ended up cancelling my order and she drowned hers in ketchup. I had some of her fries and their were not that crispy and pretty flavorless. All said would have had better food at arbies. And with how little we saw our server, the service would be about the same or better.Which is a shame, cause the other waitress seemed amazing, and I would have loved to be served by her. I hope our waitress gets some additional training because that was a truly miserable experience especially for a first time going somewhere. If I was guaranteed a better experience I might be tempted to come back, but as is I will not be returning. Even the hooters veteran with us said this was one of his worst experiences at a hooters.
