I was very excited for my first trip to hooters and could not have been more disappointed. Our waitress was the one with red hair who was working on sunday and every step was a failure.She delivered drinks to the wrong person, and didn't give us any straws. We had to ask 2 visits later for them.Our food then took a pretty long time to arrive for our food to arrive, I think she had trouble using the system to enter in things. When the food finally arrived I was given a burger with nothing but bacon on it when I ordered a pattymelt. My friend got a plain grilled chicken sandwich, which she had expected to come with some kind of toppings. I ended up cancelling my order and she drowned hers in ketchup. I had some of her fries and their were not that crispy and pretty flavorless. All said would have had better food at arbies. And with how little we saw our server, the service would be about the same or better.Which is a shame, cause the other waitress seemed amazing, and I would have loved to be served by her. I hope our waitress gets some additional training because that was a truly miserable experience especially for a first time going somewhere. If I was guaranteed a better experience I might be tempted to come back, but as is I will not be returning. Even the hooters veteran with us said this was one of his worst experiences at a hooters.

It's a bit ridiculous when you show up at the restaurant wanting to order a drink and an app and there's not even a bartender on staff to assist. The server that was in the building was super nice but unable to make any drinks for us because she hadn't been trained. Understandable. Not understandable, not having a bartender. I'd say either hire a new bartender that can be on time, or cross training some of the servers to the bar so customers can be served when they walk into the building. We've been here for over 20 minutes waiting for a drink, waiting for the bartender to show up. Our vehicle is being serviced while we are eating here, or else we'd be gone. Furthermore, is there not a manager in the building that could be of service?!?!

We were waiting for a car repair next door (3.5 hours), so we decided to get a late lunch. The waitress was kind and attentive. We ordered a Philly cheese steak quesadilla. They had so much sauce inside it ruined the taste. We each had one wedge and threw the rest away. ? The beer was good.

My wife had never been to a Hooters before, and we went for my buddy's birthday.Our waitress, Kylee, was by far the worst part of our night. The waitress seemed like she was in a really big hurry but the place wasn't even really busy. The whole middle section of the restaurant was empty.We were trying to watch the UofL game and enjoy a birthday dinner with my buddy. The whole night she kept being rude and rushing us through our dinner. She pissed every single one of the people at our table off.What was worse was, the food didn't have much flavor and was brought out cold. We heard our waitress tell each table that she was at how "hectic" it was. I think she had three tables...Kylee you win the worst waitress ever award.
We sat there for 45 minutes without getting any food. We were the only 2 people in the entire restaurant.

Horrible. Horrible service, horrible manager. They owed me a refund for weeks, we contacted the manager and he didn't act like he cared but took our debit card number to process the refund...again...then a couple days later I get a notice from the Fraud unit at Chase saying a suspicious charge was detected. Sure enough it was fraud. Coincidence? Maybe. But I still haven't gotten my refund. if I could give no stars I would
