I am not sure when Hooters changed their wings, we hadn't been in a good 4years and it was usually the one on Dutchmans. The burger was good, the fries were good, the fried pickles were everything I remembered them being. But, the wings came out several minutes after the burger and they were half the size they used to be and tasted like old grease. I used to love hooter wings, Roosters is where it's at though and it's just down the road.

We drove 45 minutes to get there, then sit in a booth for over 20 minutes and no one waited on us. Plenty of workers were there. Others walked out also

Ordered online and website defaulted to KY when I meant to order in NC. As soon as I realized what happened I called and asked them to cancel it. I was told twice that I have to call corporate to get a refund. I tried to contact corporate and was told that all hooters stores are directly responsible for order changes or refunds. I call back just to be told the same thing and I was told to hold on the line for the manager. I was left on hold for almost 15 minutes they were probably trying to get me to hang up and I did. I am also only in the area for the military so I am on a daily food allowance so I can’t even re order it at the correct location. No one is of any help.

Just ordered door dash from this location. Apparently reading comprehension and math are hard for the staff there. Ordered 3 separate meals for my family . And they’re all wrong. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

Visited here on Dec 7th. 4 of us went to enjoy football, drinks and food! Our partnering couple had never been and went on rec for all things amazing. Ordered two apps and had three drinks, preparing to order food. Our waitress was mia majority of the time, had another waitress come tell us we were cut off, due to how our mia waitress was entering in our drinks. Absolutely, unacceptable behavior for a waitress and a manager to treat paying customers this way, after another table, set there, when we came in, had pitcher after pitcher and shots after shots. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully in an establishment and will never give them money again. Good luck Hooters!
Food was good. Service was not it. The waitress checked up on us maybe 3 times in our two hour visit. Then we was cut off on beer because of how the waitress “rang it in our beers”. Had another waitress come tell us this, then told us to refer to the manger in the black shirt about this. Unsure about that, considering table next to us had multiple pitchers and was taking shots after shots and being loud.

I had a beautiful and a amazing server tonight. Her name is Bridgett. She is the sweetest and has the biggest heart full of love and joy. The way she is fast past worker but still can have a full on conversation with me blows my mind away. Hooters hired the perfect girl. Deserves to get a bigger pay or even move up in the company. She will definitely be a successful women in the healthcare industry.💘

Happy to find them open on Christmas evening. Considering how busy, seated quickly, got drinks and appetizers in timely fashion. Knew they were running behind on orders, so expected an hour wait. After seeing multiple people after us getting food, we inquired about ours. Waitress came back and told us our order accidentally went out on delivery. Asked if we stayed if our reorder would be first in line and assured it would be. 45 minutes later, inquired about our food again. Finally was delivered, one of the meals being incorrect. Asked to speak with Manager. Was confronted by a very rude, inattentive and accusatory manager. Refused to listen to issue and complaining about how backed up they were and I was making it more backed up because he had to talk to me. Never really did listen to the issue, just assumed I was complaining about wait time, which was not the issue. In the end, he waived the bill, after yelling at us and telling us that next time we should go Deutschman (spelling) lane location. Not to worry, we will. Will also be speaking to corporate.

We ordered dinner on Door Dash 6-smoked wings, received 5. 6-Daytona wings with ranch, no ranch, 1-tenders, 5pc bone in wings, and curly fries with blue cheese, received boneless wings and no bleu cheese. Not sure we will order from here again.
Dietary restrictions: Smokes wings due to wheat allergy.
