The wait staff was really welcoming. It appears that they were short -staffed so I can understand the wait. Overall the restaurant needed a bit of cleaning up but the service was good.

Food came out and a roach ran across our table that was disturbing and disgusting kids with straws spitting through the straws across the restaurant no one said anything I can only imagine what goes on in the kitchen

Food was not very good. They gave us to go throw away cups instead of regular cups. Food was wrong even after having specific requests. Had a really strong odor in there as well. Not sure if I'll be back.

Food was good! Very good. Server and greater were both friendly and welcoming. Menus were sticky. Men’s restroom was clean. There was a light but definite smell though. Like stale mop water. Not sure where it was coming from.

Saw a cook walk out of the kitchen and leave, covered in food. We've been waiting for at least an hour and still do not have out food. They do not provide good service. Reataurant is not very clean. I never thought I would say this about an ihop, but I do not recommended this location.

My friends and I will not be returning to the Hurstbourne location. Upon walking in on 03/02/25 , we were made aware there were only 2 servers. We were ok with that. We waited 30 mins or more to be seated. We then waited an hour and a half for food. We then proceeded to see our waitress trying to handle an issue upfront. Apparently card readers went down. So the manager told her to tell us and possibly a few others that card readers went down and that everything is cash and that we HAVE to leave and go to an ATM. A person in our party spoke with the manager over the waitress phone and the manager threatened cops on anyone who left and didn't come back and pay their bill. Didn't even want to give a discount. Whoever the manger was/is handling the situation needs to be corrected and retrained on customer service. The waitress should not have had to feel like this was her fault. She was very upset.

Feb 27th 25, i readed the Bad reviews so i had to test it out, i was received and attended by a lady called Verónica, she was really sweet and kind, Made feel welcomed and appreciated, food was awesome, customer service was above and beyond. Timming was perfect.

Parking: They might need to get a better light for there food warmer. Pretty good food though.

Food was hot and delicious. Our waiter was very good at anticipating our needs. That was surprising though considering we only saw two servers while there.

Went about 830pm on a Monday , two servers ours kept disappearing , my food was cold , ran out of drinks and couldn't get them refilled , was never around and never checked on us, had to almost go into the kitchen to get the check and had to deal with 8 year Olds who just stood there screaming , horrible experience never going to IHOP again
