Tucked inside a larger marketplace. Reminds one of covered bazaars in the Orient. Very basic cafeteria setting. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable gentleman at the counter. I followed his suggestions and was very pleased with my to-go order. He also gave me gratis drinks. When asked if the food was halal, his response was "Alhamdulillah. We do not have a choice!" I got both the beef and chicken sandwiches. Both were excellent, although, I preferred the beef. Highly recommended.

Food was just absolutely phenomenal. We ordered the fried tilapia and the chicken suqaar, and they were both extremely flavorful. Will be coming back. ?

This is not necessarily setup as a dine in restaurant, so atmosphere rating is a 2. Just a room with a few round tables and a TV. However, the most important thing is the food, and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I only had Somalian food twice previously, but this was by far THE BEST! The owner/chef is Mohammed. Great guy and great chef!!!

Unassuming spot inside a Somali market with multiple vendors. Menu was straightforward and made ordering easy. We chose the chicken and beef suqaar, fries and lentil soup for our family or 5. The owner was so friendly and made our time feel special, he even made soup fresh for us when he knew we were hoping to order it - a yellow lentil soup with so much flavor! So glad to have stopped on our drive between Nashville and Indianapolis!
