We had a large group visiting from out of state and it was a beautiful day so we ate outside. Some of our group love hot honey on their pizza so we asked if they had it. They did not, so we adjusted our order. We were enjoying our food when they came out with an extra pizza, with hot honey. It turns out that they went to the store and BOUGHT hot honey to create the pizza we asked about. Like I said, above and beyond service! Breadsticks, meatballs (the best I’ve ever had!), pizza…. all delicious! I really wanted to write a review to share how impressed we were. This gesture made a big impression on us! Highly recommended!

This is by far, the best pizza in Louisville. I highly recommend getting the breadsticks too. They come sitting in a pool of garlic butter which makes it extra amazing. I've only had one incident where my breadsticks were overcooked but the server noticed it and refused to give it to us. She realized they wouldn't taste as good as normal so she rushed another order for us which was great. I highly recommend you try them out if you've never had their pizza before.

I've never really had an issue, but the bread sticks were squished (same on the other side and opens the box like this) and all the toppings in the middle and to the left was weird. Food was good though.

First time at this location. Seated promptly. Server reached our table quickly & took drink orders. We skipped the appetizer, ordered one salad & 12” customer made to order. The pizza was hot and flavorful. Venue is very casual & low key. A few large screen TVs are displaying major sports events. Heavy walk-in to-go orders! Building is somewhat dated — likely a former restaurant. Located on busy thoroughfare next to an Oil Change Service Center.
The further in time we get away from the true original impellizzeris pizza the less the pizza resembles what truly made the original pizza the best anywhere. They have changed baking time, topping consistency and now the dough. What I wouldn’t give to have Benny cook me a pizza again.
