The guy working in the drive-thru at the Fern Valley location on the evening of Monday, October 14th did an excellent job! I frequent this location because I love their food, but I know not to stop by if I'm in a hurry. However last night, even with several cars in line ahead of me, was the fastest I've ever gotten out of there. Not only was the guy at the window knocking the line out like a champ, but he was super friendly as well! Job well done Indie's! Keep up the great work!

Don’t order online it’s faster to just go inside. Some really dumb people working there. Best time to go is after lunch rush. But they still will screw your order up.

Stopped here driving through on vacation. Boy I'm so glad we did. Service was friendly kind & courtes. Food was awesome, spicy chicken was amazing & the mixed greens were the best I've ever had. Keep up the amazing work.

What did y'all do to the potato wedges? Why mess up a good thing? Every time I get them anymore they're old and extremely thin. Nothing but fried skin and batter. C'mon people.

Customer service was awful. The lady taking our order today 08-10-24 was very disrespectful and yelled at us “come get your food” when our food was ready. We weren’t treated very good and now we do not want to come back.

My grandma just called to ask about a menu item and the woman who answered the phone was incredibly disrespectful.
She raised her voice at her, snapped at her, and when she said thank you the woman yelled "Oh My God!" Before hanging up on her.
INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
