Well I decided to go here instead of Zaxbys and should have listened to my first mind, although the food was ok, I asked for condiments at the window, (which I thought that's what u do), NOT an add on to my order, the crackhead at the window, handed me my order, then RUDELY told me, " NOT AT THE WINDOW‼️" slammed the window and walked off. WHEN I SAY I'LL NEVER GO TO INDI'S AGAIN, EVER‼️ ?? I don't see what all the hype is anyway, it's not even that good, especially not good enough for the arrogance, Good Day

I ordered 24 wedges along with 3 pieces of chicken. Unfortunately, once I got home and we sat down to dinner the number of wedges looked short. After counting them I found out I paid for 24 wedges, but I only received 17. I guess I'll start going to Lee's from now on.

I went in and there was one person sitting in an empty dinning room. I walked up to the window and they were stocking chicken. Waited 10 minutes and was ignored so I left. I have not been to this Indy’s for 5 years because of the service and I guess it is not

I visited your restaurant on Fern Valley Road on February 4th 2024 at 5:30 pm. I understand Sunday is a busy day and the wait will be longer, but to have to listen to the staff be rude and talk about every car in front of me was ridiculous. At least if the older black gentleman wants to talk mess he should at least turn off his head set or not work the drive thru at all. He talked about the smell of an elderly woman, he talked about customers children, he got mad cause someone's card was locked. He's very rude, unprofessional and an very cold hearted man. I heard all this while waiting to place my order. His behavior is beyond disappointing! As loud as he was at the window I'm pretty sure the customers dining in heard everything I heard and more! I'm wondering why the manager didn't stop this behavior. Food was great, but the experience with the older black gentleman working the drive thru window was very unpleasant.

Went through drive through and the night manager was extremely rude. I made a change to my condiments and she rolled her eyes and slammed the window in my face while I was saying I’m sorry for the inconvenience. She over charged me for the condiments keep in mind they charge 60 cent for every one. She charged me for 2 extras I guess for inconveniencing her. I asked for my other lemonade she said, “I didn’t hear that.” I attempted to give her my card so she can charge me for the missing lemonade and she slammed the window in my face again! I said, “if you don’t like your job you should quit.” She replied, “I love my job!” She also said, “Oh and the lemonade is free!” I said where’s the manager she replied, “I’m the night manager and said very sarcastically you can call at 10 and speak to the store manager!” Slammed the window while I was asking her name! I tried to honk and let her know she didn’t take her merchant copy back. She wouldn’t take her clipboard back or anything! Just rude! I called the store and asked for the managers hours. I was hung up on. I looked at my receipt and it says her name is Judith Ann J. I wouldn’t come back if the food was free!!! I will call everyday to make sure the store manager knows his leadership on nights is extremely rude and unwelcoming to customers. She’s a heavy set older African American woman with black and highlights of colored braids.

I will tell you I do not see how they continue to produce such good chicken wings the ladies behind the counter are amazing and are the best multitaskers I've ever seen. Headphones on customers come in smiling greeting you kindly and always get your order right. I highly recommend their delicious chicken.

What can I say every-time we're in Louisville we have to stop at the infamous Indis Restaurant! It's expensive but we'll worth it. Food Ordered 30 Piece Spicy 4 Cups of Hot Sauce This totals out to around 35-45 but you'll love it I promise!
