First time visiting Insomnia Cookies and it will not be my last! The teenager wanted a treat after a late basketball game so we stopped in around 11pm and it was a win win. Although a little pricey, it will not keep me from coming back! Great cookies, great ice cream and awesome service!

I actually visited the one off Baxter Ave in downtown Louisville. I was in town on a day trip and suddenly wanted cookies. While parking off Baxter isn't a treat, when I finally arrived at this location, I was woefully disappointed because there IS NO accessible entrance that is labeled such. There was a ramp but it lack signage. While I truly enjoy these cookies and choose to spend my hard-earned money there, ACTUALLY walking in the store is not easy. Strollers, wheelchairs, anything other than two well-working legs would have a really tough time at this location. Those steps, too! No handrail, either! That hardly seems fair. Insomnia, you guys make great cookies. I just wish you cared a bit more about your willing patrons that frequent this location. Shame on you for not helping them get into your cookie store.

Delicious warm cookies... SUPERB service from Keenan (?sp) today ?...STORE IS VERY CLEAN...100% from health dept. ...Please add a couple more gluten-friendly flavors when you can and,... please add a couple of standard chairs for short people/kids who don't feel stable on bar stools

We just stopped in for a midnight snack at this place and it was AMAZING! I got a brownie with two scoops of vanilla and some chocolate sauce and my man got a cookie ice-cream sandwich. We really enjoyed it. We are taking some yummy, warm cookies home! It was a great find! If you're out in the highlands area, come find them!!!
I had Insomnia cookies for the first time last night. I'm sorry but the taste was underwhelming. I got 10 classic and 2 vegan. They all tasted stale but the best tasting one was the chocolate chip. They were busy so not sure why she gave me the ones that had been sitting all day or were from yesterday. If they supposed to be made that day im even more troubled. They were dry and flavorless. The peanut butter and sugar were falling apart. If I lived close enough I would return them. Even after microwaving the vegan chocolate chip it didn't taste good. I threw it away. I make better cookies than this. Advice to them: serve fresh cookies and throw the old ones out and add vanilla please.
The cookies don’t taste like they use to & a little pricey for the size. They have definitely started to make them a little smaller & kind of look more like Subway cookies. It was our first time visiting this location. The parking is terrible being it’s located on one of the most congested streets in Louisville. Not a good location at all. My online order was to be ready at 9p. Arrived well after 9p & still had to wait several minutes for my cookies to be boxed up. My order was still incorrect so I had to go back in to have it corrected. The cashier stated she would throw out the incorrect order, but as I was leaving it looked as if she put the cookies back under the register. The cashier’s excuse on why my order was not ready & incorrect was because she was tired. Customer service has really went straight to hell. I will not be returning to this location.

Some things are absolutely filed under indulgences. This is one of them and is 100% Worth It. Our box of cookies got to our door faster than expected and were warm, gooey with chocolate bits, and just the right kind of chewy deliciousness to turn a long bad day into a great evening of snuggling and TV watching with a snack. What a delightful experience!
