My personal favorite in the city. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff are friendly and lacking the pretentiousness this place qualifies for but the best part…every item on the menu. I haven’t made it through the entire menu yet but it’s a life goal. This is where the locals go for fine dining and some of the most in the know out of towners are eating also.
Food was great!!! At our server's recommendation two at our table got the pork chop. The pistachio crusted salmon was so good the plate was left empty, and the Jack's burger with the bacon jam was really a star; sometimes one just needs a great burger!!! Don't forget the beet and the brie salads and the burrata en croûte!!! Nothing to absorb the sound of louder guest if you are out for a romantic night; takes away from the ambient mood. Elegant, classy and always a delicious meal! The service is attentive and helpful. We always go out of our way to eat here when we are in town. And the butternut squash is fabulous!
