I had to try jack in the box for the 1st time it was so good the burger i ate was really good in my experience was one to go back to try something else on the menu I know sum others I heard from had different views so I had to see and check it out for myself I give this place 10/10 the service was on point I will definitely return

This was my 2nd time there, I ordered a kids grilled cheese , and it was so chewy i couldn't even eat it. The 1st experience i got a chicken wrap and the chicken was so tough i couldn't even eat it. I think I'm a little done . So disappointed

Terrible service, you come to this location to pick up a delivery order that was already sent in advance and they do the car line first and inside the location than yours, you have to wait an hour for them to deliver an order, which already It's not worth the time lost... they leave you standing at the counter for 20 minutes and while they go from one side to the other, they should waste time and the food sucks ??♀️

It's been 20 years plus since I've eaten at one. The food was awesome, and the service wasn't awful.
Parking: There were a few tables outside where you could eat. On a day as pretty as this one,we chose to eat outside.
The worst fast food restaurant. In fact, it shouldn't even have that name. The service is super slow. The workers look like zombies. It takes 1 hour to prepare a soda. Ultimately a disaster.

Ordered a Jack breakfast combo with no ham. I got to the window and the lady had the bag ready out the window. I checked it and realized I didn’t see a hashbrown so I doubled back to get that. I saw the sandwich with the ‘custom’ sticker on it and figured I was ok. Wrong… as I went to eat it, I realized that it was a sausage sandwich. That’s not what I ordered and I don’t eat sausage. I called for a refund because I wasn’t close anymore but they said I had to call the app or come back in. Since I had just left and had to double back once already, I figured they would remember me but it didn’t matter. The app doesn’t have a customer service number so I’m just SOL. Just wasted money. I would not recommend.
