Waiting on food hear the employees laughing about how its been 20 minutes and they pretty much skipped my order. I will not return to this location! Then they brought out the people's food that ordered after me and we had a smaller order

I just went to pick up Breakfast at this location Saturday at 6:45 am. When I ordered 2 Breakfast platter the price was $ 7.something each. When the Manager told me the price it was too high. So I asked her how much was the platter she said $8. And some change. I said I was being over charged because the price on the outside said 7.76. she still over charged me To top it off the Coffee tasted old, and COLD. I'll be going to the new McDonalds that just opened on The Valley Station. Good luck !!!

I just had to share this review, me and husband went on September 7,2025 around 5pm order the Chicken Sprit which consisted of wings and fries. I order the cardinal burger and onion rings. When we got our food I swear this food look and taste like somebody didn't know how to cook it was so dry and overcook. This is all I'm going to say but it got worst. This was my first time at this place and last time.

I got harassed and assaulted by a employee here name Antwon he works 10-6, he threw a mop bucket full of water and bleach at me for nothing just for sitting there and asking about another homeless person with a machete and he said he was gunna call the cops instead took the matters in to his own hands and threw water and bleach and bucket at me. Than called the cops to make it look like mines and my boyfriends fault only cs were homeless but any other employee that was there came out and talked to us smoked with us gave us food but again one employee that wasn't even a manager got to get a way with what he did to a female that doesn't even weigh 120 but he weighs over 200 pounds.

Food was incorrect, and there's no way for me to get a refund through the app. Asked for no cheese and drove all the way home after working 12 hours to realize i couldn't eat the burger because I'm lactose intolerant. Hopefully they reach out, and maybe I'll change my review if they make it right.

Food was amazing. This is the best jack in box I’ve had on the east coast. Staff was very friendly. Assistant Manager Cody even spoke to us several times during the visit. I’ve give 6 stars if I could
