Won't go back. Tried it twice. Both times I waited almost my whole lunch break for a single meal, and the food was mediocre at best. The second time others were waiting really long too and the employees were getting snippy with anyone who asked about how long their food would be. So I've given them two tries and after that I've made up my mind about it. I'll pass.

The food was amazing, the restaurant was super busy and Nina up front and in the drive through was absolutely wonderful and she went above and beyond to make sure everything came out okay and she was very nice to us and the other customers in the lobby.

If you customize it they will not follow the directions. They also tend to give you a different size than what was ordered without adjusting the price or asking when low or out of product. Staff tends to lean more towards rude.
Cannot believe they made me pull forward then brought me cold food. Then when I asked them to remake, that took forever. Horrible service
