Waited in drivethru line for 20 minutes with no acknowledgment! There were workers inside and no customers which was super upsetting. We were so excited to have a Jack in the box nearby as we love them where we are from but this is just sad. If you want good 24 hour service White Castle is for sure way better down the street.

Service is abysmal. If you order online it will say 5-10 minutes then you show up in 15 minutes to give them some cushion and they haven't even started making your order.

My chicken sandwich was extremely soggy, the bubba coffee and boba tea had hard pearls in there. You couldn't even chew them. But the onion rings were good.

The employee who receives the orders is a very bad person and deals with customers in a very bad manner.

I was really disappointed that they did not have the chicken teriyaki bowl. I drove over an hour just to get it.

Place my order At 12:45 PM I wanted a sweet tea with my combo. She handed me a cup. I couldn’t find it in the lobby so I went back to the counter. She says I will get it when I get your order. She gave me my order and got my tea. I went out to the lobby again to get a straw and took a taste, and it was spoiled. I went back to the counter and she came over and I said this tea is spoiled, and she said spoiled? I said yes she said oh we just made it at 4 AM. And acted like I was lying. I don’t know how long sweet tea last in a restaurant, but nine hours, it was spoiled. She offered me a to trade it for a soft drink, but I don’t drink soft drinks. So I left without a drink, even though I paid for one.

Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered on the app & when I got to the location, they told me to get out of the drive thru & wait at the window near the door. Ok. Fast forward 20 minutes, they then tell us to go back through the drive thru to get my order. I'm still in line & as such have not gotten my food yet, so that will not be taken into account, even though there's a good chance it's ice cold at this point...This restaurant is horrifically run. I am not a big hater when it comes restaurants. I am very...very forgiving. But this place is infuriating. If it wasn't for them being open 24/7, I'd seriously question any future impulse I had to eat at this restaurant.

So disappointed! Best burger I’ve ever had.
We went Saturday to the dining room. EVERY table filthy, loudmouth employee friends running around in the lobby. Then tonight, ordered delivery. This is the 3rd delivery we’ve received and NOT ONE TIME have we received an accurate order. Ordered grilled, got fried. Go back to California where you belong, we are foodies in the south and you absolutely suck at filling a simple burger joint order.

The girl working the drive thru tonight was very unfriendly and borderline rude. This was our first time at a Jacks and out last. The chicken sandwich was pink inside, fries were chewy and tasted like stale fryer grease. I'm not sure what to say about our tacos, but greasy is the thing I remember. Two bites were enough. The rest went to the trash. The building is new and very modern, which is the one positive take away.
