Monday 2:30 going through the drive-thru of this Jagger's there was a lone person standing by the order sign.. A 5 ft 6, 5 ft 8, male in casual clothing, sweatshirt or a hoodie.
He was on his phone and he had some kind of black thing that may have been a tablet.
I asked him if he was a Jaggers employee and he said yes. He had no outward identification as a Jagger's employee. I asked him about it and he said it's under his shirt.
He was polite and asked for an order. I said no way I'm a giving random dude my credit card to pay for something.
Sounds to me like they need new management at that location.
And I left and went to Chic Filet were they set the standard on drive-thru behavior.

Jaggers is great! I always get something different and have yet to be disappointed with anything. One of the best burgers in Louisville, THE best shakes, great fried chicken salad, great chicken sandwich, great fries and tots. I even tried the fish last lent and it was great. The staff is always fast and friendly, the place is clean and comfortable. When I'm in the mood for fast food Jaggers is my new go-to.
The food is really tasty and I enjoy coming here. Unfortunately, the orders often have mistakes — either a missing burger or the wrong item. This has happened to me at least five times. I hope the restaurant can pay more attention, because it does affect the overall experience.

Clayton knows how to run his Jaggers location well. His employees are well trained and friendly. The atmosphere is clean, inviting, and filled with natural lighting. They go above and beyond to make sure we have what we need. We enjoy eating here so much that it is a weekly visit for us during the school year. The Shelbyville Rd. location is our preferred one.
