My family and I went here on Monday 7-14-25 to celebrate a birthday. Collectively we spent hundreds of dollars for everyone to have unlimited passes for all the rides/fun. We also bought quite a lot of credits to play games. Little did we know, bowling is NOT included with the passes. There weren't attendants to operate all of the rides. We stood in line waiting and had to go to the front desk to request an attendant multiple times. The sweet woman at the front paged someone three times with no response. She was extremely apologetic and understood our frustrations. Finally someone showed up, we were able to do the movie but due to so many "out of order" signs on the seats, my family and I were never able to experience them all at the same time!! Then we were on to the next ride. Again, there no attendant. This was a common theme of having to chase down an employee and ask for them to allow us on! It took up to 15 minutes to get an attendant each time. It became so frustrating that these employees were either no where to be seen or off talking to each other or on their cell phones. It was 9:25 and we finally were able to attempt laser tag, just to be told it was closed for the night! I asked them why and they said it always closes at 9:30. Well, it wasn't even 9:30 but that doesn't make sense either. If we didn't waste half our time waiting then we might have been able to enjoy the full experience!! There's no reason to not have your facility fully staffed. We expected to be able to utilize our passes. Considering the amount of money we spent and the travel all of us did to get to this location, it just left us completely underwhelmed. I do not recommend going here. I reached out to speak to someone and a lady named McKenzie offered to give the GM my contact information.I haven't heard back from anyone as of today. I am completely dissatisfied with this entire experience.

First time here! The arcade was pretty big, and had a lot of fun games for adults and my 4 year old! Kids play area had a bunch of inflatables, which was her favorite part! Definitely recommended!

You should definitely bring your kids here. There are many games/attractions such as a golf course, laser tag, go-cart racing, and even laser tag. This place is very kid friendly.
