I stopped in here to get donuts and noticed a few things that made me decide to leave without a purchase. It's mainly personal opinion. They had limited variety, they were charging a premium price but most of the donuts were identical with different toppings (like cereal which isn't expensive), and the place had a strong smell of burnt oil (I could smell it on myself in the car afterward) which makes me wonder if they are reusing their oil for too long. I gave them a three stars since I didn't actually try the product.

Jeff's Donuts is always good, but I've only been to the Jeffersonville, IN location. Customer service isn't the best there, but the Jtown location??? I wish I got the lady's name that helped us, but she gave us the BEST customer service imaginable. This location is superior

my boyfriend and i work late nights and always have a sweet tooth late at night. we’ve been to the jeff’s donuts off westport road three times and every time they are absolutely terrible, especially this last time we saw bugs in the donut case. but tonight, we left westport rd and came straight to the one on hurstbourne to get new donuts and they were SO much better. the guy that helped us was so kind and gave us a donut for free. we definitely will come to the location on hurstbourne now !!

My SO is obsessed! Huge donut fan and truly believes these are THE BEST! Service is always good - at all hours in our experience! And at each location! So great to see consistent excellent product and service! They do run out of his favorite - the best apple fritter! - but we certainly understand why!

We were so excited to have Jeff's Donuts for Christmas morning breakfast with the kids and grandkids, we ordered and paid for $80 worth of donuts ahead of time to make sure they would be ready. On Christmas Eve day we received a text stating they were ready for pick-up, but when we arrived they did not have our order (yes we were at the correct location). Not only were they not able to fill the order at that time, leaving us with no breakfast options because the grocery stores were already closed, they didn't apologize and two weeks later we have received neither the promised phone call from the manager nor the refund.
