My husband and I accidentally locked out our 19-year-old son last night. Parent fail! Our son went to Jeff's and explained the situation. They showed him lots of kindness and gave him a free coffee. That is customer service done right! Thank you from a very grateful mom!
My daughter and I were sightseeing in Louisville today and stumbled upon the Paristown location. Fabulous customer service and the donuts were some of the best we’ve ever had. We’re definitely making the trip back to Louisville just for these donuts.
